When on the phone with the receptionist 2 minutes before Loki went in I asked for his nails to be clipped and I was told that they would do them, however they were not done.

Only reason for 4 stars on question 1 was because they had to reschedule due to a lack of microchips. But they were able to schedule something right away :)

Your prices have gone up substantially. I have been going there for years but I will be comparing the prices with our local vets and decide if I will keep going to Airport Animal Hospital because of it. Marc

I found the vet rushed me and did not take the time that I felt that I deserved before my dogs surgery. I rated everything so high because the vet techs were nice and friendly.

I was very happy to be able to get same day service when I called. COVID caused the amount of time spent with me to be limited so it s a non issue for me. The instructions for the medications prescribed were very clear. To be fair I was asked if I wanted a copy of the invoice and I said I d get it in February when Shadow is due for his annual visit. That said I did find the examination and prescriptions provided to be more expensive than I anticipated.

We absolutely love Cecile. Shes so dachshund crazy just like us.

Doctors and staff here are always kind and helpful.

Due to the World s Deep State imposed measures we were unable to see the veterinarian. Otherwise we just presume our Max got his required vaccination as we paid for that service in full...

I would of really appreciated seeing the flea dirt n wet it on a paper towel, see the xrays and urinalysis results, and really did not like not going in with my pet at all. Being masked there’s no reason. What I truly appreciate from your office is the friendly nice vets who actually also answer on weekends ... best vet clinic around.

I just wanted to say that my appointment was made during the Covid outbreak. So I thought it would be good to mention that everyone was absolutely top notch when it came to adhering to strict standards. Everyone was kept well apart (no crowding in the waiting room). Everyone wore a mask (one person came in without one on, and was told to dawn one before entering!! Well done!!), and everything was wiped down after each visit. Thank you, for keeping us (and our fur babies) all safe!!! ??Nicole

The follow up call the day after surgery was nice

I didn’t feel like I was getting a real full appointment. Doctor met with us in the lobby and didn’t do the usual quick check of the ears, eyes, mouth, palpating body etc. It felt rushed. I’ve been going to you guys for a long time and was actually disappointed when I left this time. I’m sorry.

I think the Doctor was Hungry, because he was not as nice as last time.
