We brought our cat in because we know he’s sick, not really eating or drinking, hiding, not grooming himself, and not wanting to be handled...The diagnosis was “your cat is grouchy and picky”, we really felt like they didn’t care...we consulted with an other vet who said the cat should have been sedated for a proper exam...this is not the first let down we’ve had with them and we are seriously thinking about bringing all 5 of our pets elsewhere...it certainly wasn’t worth the $65 consult

Yes, I would like to share this. I have complete confidence in the Hospital, Doctors and staff. It is always traumatic for our cats to have to be taken into the Hospital. It is because of the COVIS restrictions that I have down graded what would be an excellent report.

we have never had any problems with the services you have given to our pets . we have also recommented your sevices to all our friends and people we have met in the passed and will continue to do so. in the future. Both doctors . have treated out pets with alot of care. i trust the doctors 100% with my pets. staff are great. its a very clean facility . i could go on and on. but there is not enough room in this box .for more. thank you see you people soon

Hard to rate anything as it was curbside. I wasnt there with cricket when she was seen by the Vet. Cant tell you about the office as no one is aklowed in. The girl i dealt with was very nice. Survey is kind of pointless right now.

Totally not happy. One bird came back with an unsatisfactory job on her beak. And the other, they missed a spot. Poor lil parrots

It was awkward dealing with staff in parking lot, did not feel comfortable asking questions and getting copies of invoice as they had to do extra trips back and forth to office. Staff were very friendly and did their best to provide service.

There really was no communication when the dr was seeing my dogs. I brought 7 in for shots! I had mentioned that one might be pregnant, he examined the one that was fixed! The staff is very friendly and my dogs get along with them very well. I had to ask for a detailed bill explaining all the charges. Two dogs were given a 3yr rabies and the other five only a 1yr rabies. No explanation as to why.

The vet was very comforting and I felt very confident that he was not just out there to grab my money but he really was caring .

I was extremely upset the vet came and took Kaiser. The leash was wrapped around my wrist and he gruffly said let go . I would have left at that point but Kaiser was ok to go at that time. He knows nothing about my dog and his fear of dogs, nor did he ask. IF I would have known I could not go in, I would not gave come. Please reply back to me to explain WHY I could not come in! I had a mask and my own hand sanitizer. Staff did not wear masks nor sanitize after touching the door. The ladies were very friendly, not so with the vet. Your policies and procedures must change to keep up with covid and keeping customers comfortable, happt and safe.

I ve been going to your clinic for about 9 years now and it s always a good experience when i take all my dogs there and will keep going even thought i live 1 1/2 hours away

The process for checking in should be in the e-reminder and due to some unplanned visits my appointment was late but no one double checked with me or informed me they were running late or when I’d be seen.

The level of care and professionalism is exceptional would not think of bringing Sassy anywhere else thanks to you I dont worry about my dog s health

Trying to call in to say you have arrived for your appointment took a while. Line was busy. Maybe have someone outside to take your name ?

This is a hard survey to complete. Everything was rushed due to outside visit only (Covid-19) We know our dogs were stressed not having us inside with them Not a fair survey to complete for your office or for us. We did not feel we got to discuss our dogs annual requirements etc but it was due to Covid-19 distancing

I was totally shocked about the price of a suggested teeth cleaning.

With the current situation with all that is going on with COVID-19. The level of service received surpassed expectations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for any better. A huge Thank You to all staff

It would be beneficial to have written information regarding the various vaccines given at any one time. Also, why are some of the medications are due annually whereas others are due every second or third year.

Dr. Bassi is a fantastic Vet, and he always takes great care of my fur babies. I trust his opinion and expertise, he always takes the time to explain things. I was really worried about my Mia, and he put my mind at ease. We need more Vets like him. So thankful for him! ?? Marie Coulombe

Great place, friendly, knowledgeable staff and wonderful vets! due to covid didn t go inside but im sure it was very clean as it usually is.

I dealt with Catherine and Dr. Basis and I was extremely appreciative of the amazing service I was given. I was super happy and both animals came back to me happy as ever as well. Thank you!

I would just like to give a shout out to the vet tech that assisted us this past weekend. I’m sorry that I don’t know her name but she had very very long dark hair. She was wonderful. She slotted us in for an emergency visit and coordinated all of the steps that needed to be done all the while juggling the many other patients. We could tell that she was hustling non-stop and racing to try and get things done. We appreciated her going above and beyond to get us our next appointment at the very end of her shift. As patients/customers in for an emergency visit we were scarred and worried for our pet and her compassion was very much appreciated. If you could pass this feedback along to her that would be appreciated. We always hear of the complaints and rarely hear the positive feedback.

I loved how they took the time to stand outside with me and talk with me about my dogs new medication. I didn’t feel judged, and I felt very welcome. Thank you Airport Staff!!
