Unfortunately due to Covid I was unable to be in the building, however in past visits there was no issue . Always a pleasant environment .

My dog was late for his vaccines. I felt judged for that. it s okay to let people know their pet was late, but not to be condescending and rude.

Too many people booked at the same time. Did not receive an itemized billing so paid a bill I was unsure of. Was told the visit would be a “poke” and go as it was only an allergy shot yet I paid $163 as vet had a suggestion for greasy coat of the dog.

Wicket had gone through a tremendous situation, the Dr. And especially the staff were very understanding and comforting to me as I was dealing with the fears of what pcould have been the end result. Thank you for everything.

I lost my first draft so here is the second one.I did not appreciate the comments the technician said to me and about my breeder. We as new parents want the best for our puppy and so does our breeder. I was not given the time to discuss vaccinations with my vet to make an informed decision with him. I felt I was rushed and did not like the fact I had to give my puppy and was not allowed with him. For the price we pay for your services, we should be able to accompany our puppy inside the building and in the room where we can discuss the pros and cons of vaccinations, etc... (you disinfect the room after each patient and you follow health protocols so what is the problem)No explanation was given with bill and I only got it when I asked for it. That technician should take a course to improve her social skills and should not be so judgmental.I understand they were busy but we clients should not be penalized because of that.

Most answers would be a 5 star except for the fact that covid stopped me from entering and speaking with you about my Gunner

I liked the covid arrangements. Although I thought she would want up when I was gone. In 4 years she has been looked after for 6 hours once and she howled the whole time. A

We had a great experience yesterday considering our dogs are new to the vet during co-vid. Not easy for sure, but your Animal Hospital made it easier. We are used to an itemized bill for services rendered (email or hard copy). Would recommend to others.

It would be more efficient if I could see the doctor during the examination rather than afterwarfs

I was not impressed with having to try to explain things to the vet tech to relay to the vet. After everything was done and I asked about one of the concerns, the tech wasn’t sure of the answer and had to run back in and ask the vet. Then came back out to say he didn’t see a problem. There clearly is a problem so either the tech didn’t mention it or??? I’m not understanding why one owner can not go in with their pet during the appointment. I had spent about an hour waiting time in total and not all my questions could be answered. I didn’t even bother mentioning some of the things with my pets. I typically have no issues at all here and have recommended Airport Animal Hospital to many people. But to be straight forward, if this was my first experience here, I probably wouldn’t go back.

Did not see the inside of building so cannot comment on that.

With covid have not been in the office. But staff great with my dog when I go in mthly for his cartrophen injection and his nails trimmed. Keep up the great work airport animal hospital staff!!!

As always, the staff were accommodating in making room in the schedule for a sick, but not urgent pet, showing compassion for the situation. Dr. Bassi took the time to explain test results and option, again with understanding and patience. Everyone working with a smile.

My recent visit I did not feel comfortable and neither did my pet. I found that there was No compassion and was very upset how the vet made us feel. You care for our animals you should show a little more compassion for their owners as well. Not Impressed with this visit at all.
