Dr. Bassi and the assistance took time to answer my questions and listened to my concerns. I appreciate their quality of care shown throughout the appointment. I am glad I was prepared with written questions to communicate information and to address concerns. With Covid19, and different way of doing things, I was glad I had written questions so I would not forget anything. The assistant was very thorough and demonstrated a lot of knowledge and was thorough. I would like to thank you and Dr. Bassi for great service and assistance to a new adopted mom of puppy Piper.

Great customer service. The doctor doesn t rush you with any questions you have regarding your love one (pet). Feels great to have a veterinarian with great bedside manners and tells you what your pet needs. A big thank to the team!

Would have appreciated if the vet took more time explaining things regarding medications. Instead of assuming I was just going to purchase anything and feed it to my dog uneducated about the medication.

Very grateful that you are staying open, with precautions. Suggestion - when discussing making appointments let customer know you can t do anything that involves actually touching the animal, as I learned on arrival. The rest of the situation had been well explained to me and the pet problem was addressed as much as possible in the circumstances.
