Communication!! When I take the time to pre-arrange the appointment and what it requires along with the cost... that should be translated to the vet assisting me rather than me having to re-explain everything. Tremendously inconvenient.

Everything was great as usual, friendly staff, quick to get an appointment, no problems with billing, clean facilities and our vet took his time to explain his findings! Just filling this survey was a bit confusing as there is no explanation of how the stars work! A very satisfied customer!

When I went to pick up my dog after the procedure, the office seemed very disorganized. My dog finally came out, explanations were given, and I left. I then I recieved a call 30-45 minutes later staing a vaccine was forgotten despite the fact that I paid for it. I was asked to come back.

Very nice vets. Love them. Very thorough and caring. Just wish i could understand them a bit better in regards of their speaking. Thick accents. Perhaps speaking a little slower would help pronounciation issues ?? But again love them. I feel like they really are their for the animals and their pet owners.
