I was surprised and very pleased that the vet did not insist on us giving our dogs blood work before giving us their flee treatments. He understood that we were there for this one matter and did not try to presure us in getting more things done. Thank you.

It was quite chaotic as the computers and debit machines weren t working. Appointments were delayed as a result.

I think nail clipping should be provided with vaccinations as a preventative medicine. Or anything over $100 it should be included. I could not highlight the stars but the are all excellent.

Both Dr.Sidhu and Dr.Bassi always show compassion to all my 5 fur babies.. they are thorough during all routine and complicated exam.. they always give me choices and elaborate information on all my concerns and questions.. they never rushed during an examination therefore no mistakes.. they have been my vets for 8 years now and I will never take my pets anywhere else.. The only suggestion I would make is to provide client with receipt upon payment, vs waiting for surgery date.

Wait times are sometimes longer than expected however it is a busy clinic. The doctors are always pleasant and helpful.
