The problem I had was the long wait. My appointment with my dog was for 10 am but we were not seen until 10:45. This is the second time I have had to wait with a nervous dog....not fun! My dog is a very nervous animal and I have allergies so waiting long for an appointment is not appropriate.

I wish visits were more affordable

I always have great service, Dr. Boyle is a fantastic veterinarian, she is compassionate with our pet family and ourselves, she never rushes us out and answers any questions or concerns we have for her. The staff is always pleasant with us!

I emailed the Animal Hospital on Monday regarding my dog’s problems and they fit me in the next day. I was so pleased. And all staff provided friendly, informative information. Could not be happier with their service.

I was really pleased with this visit. Leela was visibly nervous and the care shown by the doctor was so appreciated. Leela isnt a fan of most people but was very receptive to her. Timing for the appointment was as scheduled and everyone (doctor and tech/clerk) took the time to answer all questions. Very pleasant experience overall. Thank you

It was my first trip in with my pet after relocating from Southern Ontario. There is nothing negative to share. If you are looking for a Vet, I am confident you will be as pleased with Airport Animal Hospital.

We are always very impressed with our appointments with Doctor Boyle. She provides good care to our dogs and has excellent communication skills. We are amazed at how well she deals with our giant malamute as he can be anxious.

It was very difficult to reach the office by phone. I had to send an email to book an appointment for vaccines. The email was answered promptly. The office had an unclean smell when I arrived at 8:20 AM. I understand that you have animals for clients but I thought that it should still smell clean first thing in the morning.

I was pleased with my pets care and the staff that I spoke to while interacting with everyone at the vet clinic but when I returned home with my pet and took her out of her carrier I found my cat was left quite dirty after her spaying. She was covered in blood and various liquids throughout her entire body following surgery, not just at the surgical site. The fur on her back was sticky and matted in various areas, she had dried blood on both her front paws and her left eye was left with crust and goop stuck to it. I would expect better care of my pet post surgery as well, as I had to then gently wash her fur and eye later that evening following her surgery when she should have been cleaned and attended to hours before, immediately after the surgery so she wasn’t left uncomfortable and in even more pain and distress than she was. I understand if around the surgical site there is some remaining dried blood or it is not quite as clean but the rest of her body should not have been left as uncared for, there was no need for her to have dirty or sticky fur up behind her ear.
