I appreciate the genuine concern the staff extended to my cat. Their quick response and expert care made for a very speedy recovery.

Very satisfied with the treatment my pet received. The billing question in the survey is somewhat irrelevant, as it was a standard visit. That being said none of the pricing was explained, but I didn t ask for clarification either. The only constructive feedback I have is there was a strong wet pet odor that was unpleasant and I do not recall on previous visits.
