Took Maggie off antibiotic and Dr. Crews gave her Fiorta... to try and get system regular. It’s working. He also called Vet School in K’ville and others to see if more he could do. He called the company that makes the antibiotic and they say they’ve never heard of reaction like this ever. Once off medicine, she stopped the pooping in squirts without being able to control. She is getting back to her old self. Thank you Dr. Crews.

On my first appointment I would have given all sections five stars. Upon my arrival for surgery day it seemed like the gentleman had not even bothered to look at the chart and had no idea what situation he was dealing with. I had made it perfectly clear before ever bringing my very large puppy in the first time that he did not do well with other dogs. The gentleman was rude and looked at me like I was a bad puppy mom when my puppy (less than 9 months) got upset that other dogs were brought into the door. I was also reprimanded for not making sure your ANIMAL HOSPITAL had His shot records. I was told on my first visit that your office would call for them yourselves. My baby is not a bad baby, he is very kind and loving to the humans he meets, in fact he was loving all over another lady in the waiting room (she had already put her dogs in her vehicle). He just doesn’t like other dogs, not even his own sister that we also own.

The older lady at front desk seemed in a bad mood.

Employees should be careful about who they talk about around the patient rooms. I overheard them talking about a patient s owner who had an overdue balance. But other than that the service was fine.

Very friendly staff. When I told them that Rocky cried a lot after his last shot, they gave me an oral pain med which did the trick. They were very helpful.

I don’t think it was wise medically to send Ellie Montgomery home just a few hours after her surgery just because you didn’t want to deal with her. She sustained quite a bit of damage in her large, tall crate. She is difficult and a bit crazy I understand but the clinic has sedatives for that whereas I don’t. She has not gone to the bathroom or eaten/drank since she came home. I also was due to have an endoscopy/colonoscopy the next morning so I had begun my cleanse and we were totally unprepared to have her come home so quickly when the clinic said she would be staying overnight like every other cat having a declaw. To me, it just showed a total lack of caring and compassion for the patient. Thank you

Took a female to be bred with our male. Was having a hard time catching her heat cycle. Dr. Davis kept both dogs over the Labor Day weekend to not miss her peek time. Hoping we can have some puppies in a couple months. The hospital is amazing! Thank You Dr. Davis and staff!!!

Dr. Davis is absolutely the best! My dog is like my child and I know he is in good hands at Reelfoot Animal Hospital. Thank y’all for always taking good care of Brody!

Staff always super friendly and helpful! Maybe a little bit on the too busy side. Would of loved to meet with the surgeon After the neuter surgery was over with and we picked up our pet. Just to go over bloodwork results, details of surgery, and expectations of after care. All in all good experience! Also would like to see the exam rooms a little cleaner, but wasn’t bad at all. Highly recommendable!! Pricing is always affordable!

My wife and I have always been pleased with the staff, from the from desk, to the techs and the Doctors. Dr. Dugger has been extraordinarily helpful and caring in her approach to any diagnosis and questions we would have. You are all a pleasure to have working with our fur babies.

I was over the top please with the care I received from Dr. Davis and his staff. They took time to make sure I understood what issues were going on with my little Wren. They explained everything to me and took ample time to explain her medication and how to administer it. I am so thankful I chose to bring my fur babies to Reelfoot!!!
