I wish that the technician who brought Maggie out to me had told me she was having a bad problem with diarrhea and incontinence. She had obviously just been cleaned up. A heads-up would have been appreciated. I am quite happy with the care my dogs receive at Reelfoot.

While the office was providing curbside service only, I was given a number and asked to wait in my car. While watching many others go in and come out, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and called the office to see what the problem was. I was advised I had to wait until a room was available. I advised that I was just there for a second round of booster shots and asked if they could come provide those shots at my car. They hung up on me so I left because I had other commitments to tend to. I ve never received any follow-up contact from that office. Being the only vet in town, they obviously feel they can treat their customers any way they want.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful! Alyssa (spelling may be wrong), at the front desk, is always so polite and knowledgeable. I love talking with her when I call because she makes you feel as if you and your pet are the most important ones of the day and she always has such great understanding of how you, as a pet owner, feels! The whole office staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and the doctors and assistants are great! They all take such good care of your pet, so KUDOS to Reelfoot Animal Hospital!

I was extremely pleased with reelfoot animal clinic! From the staff at the front desk, all the way to the vet and vet techs. All were extremely kind and sweet. The techs were very good with my dogs. The vet was amazing with explaining one of my dogs problems to me. The fact that they all took the time to explain everything to me was just the best. I ve been to other clinics and you just dont get that kind of treatment or courtesy anymore. I will be coming back for as long as I have pets.

We were in for a visit, and our pit was hit by a car. They came in early for the emergency call. Very caring did blood work and extra rays. Luckily he was okay. Got pain medication and sent home with a clean bill of health. Not bad on the vet bill even tho it was an emergency. The Dr. even explained the extra ray and blood work. He also said if anything came up and we had too take him to are vet when we got home they could call him and he would let them know what he had done. Thanks again for all your help and taking care of our little man.
