I think it’s time to start letting at least one person in with their pet. If everyone wears a mask, it should be safe.

We should have been told to bring a urine sample instead of putting Sophie through the incredible stress of waiting in the car shaking. It sets her IBD all in motion and we get 2 days of mucous covered soft poop from the stress. There should be minor things she can be treated for with a phone consult and discussion for a plan. Long wait times stress her out and we ve experienced that for both scheduled and emergency based apts.

Everyone couldnt be friendlier !.! My chiwawa is normally a nervous nelly :). I ve been taking him there for 8 or 9 years now . He gets excited when I tell him we re going to see the girls !.!.! Theyve turned him into a marshmallow!!!!!

these questions don t seem to apply right now with Covid-19. Haven t been inside for a long time. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes have to wait awhile before someone comes for one of the dogs.

I understand the measures you are taking is in response to Covid but it would be really nice to wait in the lobby sometimes. Not everyone has a car to wait in.

I had a tech only appointment for a heartworm check. I waited 35 minutes for my dog to get brought in. Please please tell people up front if you are running behind & by how long or reschedule people if you are short staffed that day.

Wonderful visit. My dog feels comfortable there.

Dr. Andi is just wonderful. She is very friendly and professional. I love that she is familiar with my dog s history and mentions things that have improved or changed since our last visit. The carside service is working as well as possible given the current situation, and I appreciate that they found a way to take car of both the pets and owners during Covid. So happy that I ve finally found a great place and vets to take care of our family.

We sincerely appreciated the time Dr. Andi took with us about our cat s ongoing (and confusing) condition. The fact that she took the extra time to call a specialist and brainstorm with that person before reaching out to us was SO appreciated. We are grateful for you all.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Amy does a wonderful job with our anxious fur baby. Trust them fully and wouldn t go anywhere else!

Used to take a few days to get a tech appt now it takes almost 2-1/2 weeks. I’m afraid to call for a vet appt if my dog needs care prior to 3 weeks out

Since we have a rescue dog it was my understanding that there was a window for booster shots to be given my dog missed that window due to having her first appointment after that windo due to not being able to be seen sooner. When I made the appointment I was never told about this window.

We received voicemail when we called to drop off our pet. We had to wait quite a while to get someone to come out to our pet.

Your staff is awesome. Very caring and supportive.

The appointment was great and the curbside service keeps everyone safe.

I cannot answer the question regarding facilities since I was not allowed to enter with my animal. The phone history and exam report worked pretty well but I would have preferred to be with my pet. Perhaps soon.
