I had to reschedule my dog s appointment due to going out of town and was only able to get a drop off appointment that my pet would have to stay at the clinic until done. I called before drop off asking if there would be any way for her to be seen sooner and able to leave with me as we were leaving to do out of town when she was done and I was accommodated. We were very greatful!

This survey is odd. Are the yellow stars good? Or the grey ones? Is 1 star the best or 5? Many are yes or no questions, not really a range of opinion. We don t come in the office so the last question is irrelevant. All of these issues makes me wonder if the survey results are meaningless

Phyllis loved her first visit there and was able to get in on a short notice. The staff was able to work her in so that she could go on her vacation with her big little brother Link.

Perhaps a form could be sent out ahead of the visit to address any concerns or questions. I forgot to ask about Sylar having a couple of moles removed. Other than that though, the visit went smoothly.

I wasn’t prepared that it was still curbside and I’m pretty sure Izzy wouldn’t have been quite as grumpy if I had been with her. I’m happy I have a long term good relationship of trust with Dr. Amy. I can see where a newer patient’s human could have trouble without actually seeing what is done. I’m not looking forward to Penelope’s upcoming visit as she only trusts me and still shys away from my husband.

Frustrated by lack of communication prior to visit that facility was closed to me - only my cat could be admitted. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Telephone mix-up was annoying because my husband was called at home instead of me being called on my cell while waiting in car in parking lot. Overall, not a good day.

I miss being able to come in with mickey because I am old and my hearing on the cell phone is not that great, but I am totally pleased with the way mickey and I have been treated so far. I am convinced women make better vets than men, they explain things so much better!!Yes, I am really glad I brought mickey to your clinic after two other tries with men when my vet in germantown retired that I had for over twenty years.All the staff have been super nice and I think mickey is getting over the less than good experiences he had before we came there. He doesn t struggle like he did before to get out of the room and the door! He s never been yelled at by me so he s easily frightened by rough tone of voice I guess, but you people are gradually making him ok with going to the vet!! thank you so much for being so nice, all of you.

Cannot comment on the office facilities. Due to Covid I stayed in my car and they came and got my cats. I waited in my car while they were being examined. I waited less time in my car they I used to in the office! It went very smoothly.

I was outside so couldn t rate inside of facilities, but I felt my Lily was in great hands.

My cats always receive the best care. Dr. Amy is thorough, honest, and thoughtful. Staff has always been helpful and friendly; especially Rose and Bridget who have worked with me many times.

I understand the importance of the precautions taken, but it was a little awkward. I asked for an appointment online but was never contacted, either for an appointment or explanation as to why it could not be done online. Was something I entered incorrect?

I think considering the way everyone has to work around the current situation, everyone did a good job! Thanks for being there for our pets and putting yourselves out there during this time!

Would be super helpful to provide estimated time your pet would be in clinic. First appointment took @ 1 hour. Second was @ 45 min.

I was amazed at how I was not called that you were having a problem with her. Also I was amazed that I had to pay a boarding fee. I did not ask for her to be dropped off. You made me do it that way and cleaning should be part of the business costs.
