I WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE TO SCHEDULE THE DENTAL FOR MY NEWLY ADOPTED KITTY. I DIDN T SLEEP FOR DAYS LEADING UP TO THE DENTAL APPT. OTHER THAN BEING REALLY SLEEPY, BELLA,SEEMED TO TOLERATE THE PROCEDURE WELL AND WAS BACK TO HER PLAYFUL SELF THE DAY FOLLOWING HER DENTAL. I APPRECIATE HAVING A VET I CAN TRUST. THANK YOU.

Have asked to only make appointment with Dr Andy. There should be a note in my cat’s file but had to re-schedule last appointment because appt was made with other cat. Taff needs to look at those notes.

You were having computer issues at the time of the visit so we’re still waiting to handle our bill and to make future appts. Otherwise all was great!

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

There was only 5 minutes waiting until we were called, what I appreciated most was that I was informed that an emergency came in and they asked if I could wait, they also updated me and asked if I could wait longer or if I needed to leave at a certain time. The open communication was very much appreciated. So, although my 5:00 appointment turned into a 6:10 appointment - all was good. Everyone was friendly and even working after hours - due to the emergency - I never felt rushed and was taken care of professionally. The care they gave to the emergency admit was the same care I would want for my pets should an emergency arise.

Was treated well by all staff members and explained everything they would do for my pet. Excellent care!
