It s always a nice experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. Emma was fantastic, the ladies at the front desk were great, as well the doctor! I wish every place I had to go was half as great as your clinic.

I felt bad that I didn t get to say goodbye to Dr Andie and wish her a good summer.it was nice to see her.

My dogs are always happy to come and see Dr. Andi. She is very helpful with my dogs. My Lulu started having seizures a few years ago and has worked with me to help her reduce them.

My dog has anxiety issues and can be a little aggressive. They have always treated him in a professional manner.

It would be nice if the techs introduced themselves at the beginning of the apt before interviewing patients. I appreciate Dr Amy knowing exactly what Sophie needs and does her exam and tests in the room with me to reduce Sophie s stress level. Thanks for all you do!

I love bringing my pets in to your office, I always feel like they re well cared for and I appreciate all of you and the things you do!

The lobby/ waiting area looks out dated, and certificates are from 2010, bulletin boards need to be updated, plants overgrown, fish tanks was dirty. Receptionist appeared unaware that the only person in the waiting area was not waited on for 15 min and needed to be asked to see why there was a wait.

Everything we have experienced with Animal Medical Center has been way above our expectations! We love it here!

Great clinic and great vet!

Reception/staff that answered phone were difficult to talk to. Talked over us, not letting us explain why we were calling. Would not check email to confirm if records were sent over. Asked me to send them over and despite us requesting confirmation records were received they never responded, causing us to unnecessarily print 13 pages of records. Receptionist was extremely nice on phone, Bridget I believe , but whoever answered the phone the other time was very rude. We value Dr Andi and the supporting staff. Vet tech, didn’t catch their name, a male, was very thorough in intake and helpful.

the veterinarians are awesome. Always take the time to discuss the pet.
