Love Dr. Andy, but we were in the room for 35 minutes before we saw her. It took 25 minutes for the tech to tell us she had an emergency. I understand an emergency, but would have been nice to be alerted sooner.

I was confused how to select the stars on this survey. Was it preset with 5 stars selected (yellow)? If I tried to select stars, it turned them grey, which I think was really deselecting them. Very confusing.

We have come to your practice for years. Doctors are great. The only complaint I have is the amount of time spent waiting to be seen, we had a 9 am appointment, I think we were finally seen at 9:40, this was not the first time this has happened.

I took dog in for a general check up and update on shots. Got there 5-10 minutes early. Checked out 40 minutes after appt time. So we were at office for 45-50 minutes. Saw Dr. Andi for about 5 min while dog got shots and examined. Seems like an awful lot of sitting alone in the room with no explanation why things are taking so long. Also dog couldn t be weighed on scale out front so they weighed him in back. This weight did not get recorded on the receipt like it normally is. Receipt showed incorrect weight.

I am very pleased with the doctors and staff. They are friendly, professional, and helpful.

When waiting in the exam rooms, you can always hear the employees behind the door. When waiting for long periods of time, it’s frustrating to hear goofing around and random unwork related conversations going on - especially when your pet is back there. Also when they’re clearly talking about an animal - makes you wonder if it’s your pet. Luckily the vets seem to care and do a good job, but it is extremely unprofessional and leaves a very bad impression.
