Great people work there.

I was told ‘Livi’ needed a fecal and I was charged for both cats, when I said something to the receptionist she said ‘no it’s both.’ I even called ahead and was told I only needed 1 since they share a box.

I have been bringing my boys to your office for years. I can t imagine taking Spook anywhere else.

I was told my dog was overdue for a vaccine that needed to be provided by one of the doctors (not a technician) and had to schedule another appointment. After much confusion it turns out she had been given the vaccine in April and her records had not been properly updated. I was also charged for a nail trim, when I got her home I discovered her nails were not trimmed. When I called to cancel the vaccine appointment I was not asked why I was cancelling and was not asked if I wanted to reschedule. Overall this was not the care I had come to expect from the clinic.

We waited about 45 minutes before seeing doctor. It was warm with poor ventilation in the exam room.

Dr. Amy and the tech were so gentle and understanding. And for a kitty that is usually traumatized by a vet trip, Schmoozy was pretty calm thanks to their handling.

It was a bummer about having to pay for an emergency visit but I guess that s the deal these days. (Thanks you Covid)

When we take Cosmo to see either Dr Amy or Dr and I we know he is in good hands. We are lucky to have the kind people that work there to take care of Cosmo. We appreciate what you all do for him when he gets there. Thank You Russ and Bonnnie

Dr. Andy is the best. She takes the time to get to know you and your pet! So far her diagnosis of our dog is spot on. I would highly recommend her for and dog that has allergies!!!

I can not thank Animal Medical Center enough for the care they provide. By far my favorite vet office I have ever been to!

The staff is awesome and my dog really likes them too. They do seem to run behind for many of my appointments.

My appt took over an hour to the point I had to knock on the door to make sure they remembered I was still waiting for my meds. The exam was less than 15 minutes but the wait was way too long. It was due to short staffing but maybe tell that up front than waiting so long in the future as I had to rearrange my afternoon since it was taking so long. I like the care and staff and so I can deal with it but just let us know up front or check in to let us know what the delay is.

My cat had a medical emergency. After trying to get in to my vet and having difficulty with staff understanding the problem I called Animal Medical Center and was able to get an appt. By the time I arrived other symptoms had occurred and her appt. was changed to emergency status. Even though they were very busy they took her in and made sure she was well examined and cared for. Needless to say I have changed my vet to a place that cares for pets and their parents.

I love coming here. They know Lola needs her support animal, Max, to come with her and her security ball as well. I love how you let her bring it in back with her so she feels safe. I always know my furbabies are in great hands here! Thank you!!!!

Online appointment scheduler tool did not work for me, would be nice if that was fixed. Additionally, there should be treats available at the office for the dogs for when they’re getting shots/ vaccinations. Also, I wish vet records were available online in the portal so they were more easily accessible.

Thank you Dr. Andi and Dr. Amy. You and your staff were great for our dog’s surgery and then follow up.

The survey would not let me answer any questions. But i was satisfied with my service. Dr. Andy took a lot of time answering all my questions. I did have to wait 15 min. To have my dogs taken in after i arrived on time on a 90 plus temp day. I get they have other things to do but there were no other cars in the parking lot when i arrived. Thank you Dr. Andy for taking such good care of my dogs.

I can t wait until we can go in again.
