I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my annual visit with Vern and Ellie was completed! Dr. Andie and the rest of the staff are so friendly and great with my dogs.

I understand that there were extra tests being run, but felt that a 90 min Appt was too long

I have been with the Animal Clinic for many years and have been very satisfied with the Vets and staff. However they do tend to run late.

Everyone did a good job while I was there.

The only reason the first one got only a 3, was because I called for the procedure in September and couldn t get in till the end of December.

I ended up leaving without paying. Rose called me back to pay. There was only one person answering the phones.....she was too busy and there was no way my dog was going to wait around again after his appointment.

Love, appreciate, respect the entire experience. During the history intake w/staff - they did not introduce themselves or share what they were doing. I had 2 ask. Not a big issue but, it would be helpful to introduce/share their name, what they are doing. Assumed 1 was Dr. Amy as this was my 1st visit. Working & talking w/ Dr. AMY was amazing. Front desk manager is wonderful, helpful, communicated! She introduced who she was right away.

We love the care that is consistently provided to our dogs and the staff is as kind as they are professional. We ve been happily coming here since 2010.

I was told ‘Livi’ needed a fecal and I was charged for both cats, when I said something to the receptionist she said ‘no it’s both.’ I even called ahead and was told I only needed 1 since they share a box.

I have been bringing my boys to your office for years. I can t imagine taking Spook anywhere else.

I was told my dog was overdue for a vaccine that needed to be provided by one of the doctors (not a technician) and had to schedule another appointment. After much confusion it turns out she had been given the vaccine in April and her records had not been properly updated. I was also charged for a nail trim, when I got her home I discovered her nails were not trimmed. When I called to cancel the vaccine appointment I was not asked why I was cancelling and was not asked if I wanted to reschedule. Overall this was not the care I had come to expect from the clinic.
