When I scheduled the appointment, I requested a year s worth of heartworm and flea and tick medication be available; however, when I got there, I as told only 1 of 4 doses were on hand and I could come back for additional doses. I have moved over 30 minutes and attempted to not have this problem, but it still happened.

This is an outstanding veterinarian service. One of the best I ve ever used.

Very easy to get an appt. cat did not seem stressed at all seeing a new vet. Very good experience.

I didn’t realize I would not be able to come in the appointment with my pet...was never mentioned over the phone when I made the appointment or in my email confirmation. I am a nurse in a hospital and understand the significance of social distancing and limiting unnecessary interActions; however, I strongly believe one person should be able to come in with their pet (of course w the face mask requirement). I would like to see what is actually being done for my pet during his exam. My dog is already very anxious going to appointments and not being allowed in with him made it worse. The phone call was okay...the vet and receptionist were kind and answered all of my questions as best as they could ...but if hospitals, etc are allowing visitors and having in person appointments, it seems strange that pet owners can’t come in with their pets. The number of owners in the waiting room could be limited as appointment times are still being strictly monitored...or owners and pets could have to wait in their car until the vet is available for them.

Dr. Andie was very informative giving me details of my dogs exam. She was very impressed with my rescue dog improvement with trust issues. It made me feel very good to know my Ginger behaved well without me! Double checking with me of I had questions or needed anything. Efficient, I didn t have to wait very long.

I think it’s time to start letting at least one person in with their pet. If everyone wears a mask, it should be safe.

We should have been told to bring a urine sample instead of putting Sophie through the incredible stress of waiting in the car shaking. It sets her IBD all in motion and we get 2 days of mucous covered soft poop from the stress. There should be minor things she can be treated for with a phone consult and discussion for a plan. Long wait times stress her out and we ve experienced that for both scheduled and emergency based apts.

Everyone couldnt be friendlier !.! My chiwawa is normally a nervous nelly :). I ve been taking him there for 8 or 9 years now . He gets excited when I tell him we re going to see the girls !.!.! Theyve turned him into a marshmallow!!!!!

these questions don t seem to apply right now with Covid-19. Haven t been inside for a long time. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes have to wait awhile before someone comes for one of the dogs.

I understand the measures you are taking is in response to Covid but it would be really nice to wait in the lobby sometimes. Not everyone has a car to wait in.

Thank you so much for the thorough exam for Irish. Dr and I did a great job of explaining and talking with me and with covid precautions and waiting outside I still felt included and like I was a part of the appointment. Thanks!!

I do not like not coming in with my pet.

I had a tech only appointment for a heartworm check. I waited 35 minutes for my dog to get brought in. Please please tell people up front if you are running behind & by how long or reschedule people if you are short staffed that day.

Wonderful visit. My dog feels comfortable there.

Dr. Andi is just wonderful. She is very friendly and professional. I love that she is familiar with my dog s history and mentions things that have improved or changed since our last visit. The carside service is working as well as possible given the current situation, and I appreciate that they found a way to take car of both the pets and owners during Covid. So happy that I ve finally found a great place and vets to take care of our family.

We sincerely appreciated the time Dr. Andi took with us about our cat s ongoing (and confusing) condition. The fact that she took the extra time to call a specialist and brainstorm with that person before reaching out to us was SO appreciated. We are grateful for you all.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Amy does a wonderful job with our anxious fur baby. Trust them fully and wouldn t go anywhere else!
