Everything was very professionally run. I appreciate the time taken for my pet. I have to say, though, that none of the billing was explained and seemed a little high.

Love Dr. Joe D. He s so good with my dogs and really lets me know what s going on. Vet tech staff is very friendly as well.

We appreciated the extra time taken to listen to our concerns and examine our dog to determine the appropriate care and medication for her.

This was our first time seeing Dr. DeMoor. We were very happy with his care of our Matisse. He explained what he believed had happened and how we could improve the situation. We are grateful for the empathy and care we received. Thank you to the Dr. and staff!

Dr Demoor was very friendly and efficient. The vet techs were also friendly and respectful.

From the front staff to the vet techs and vets themselves, I have been consistantly impressed with both their knowledge and compassion. It s a great vet facility.

As always this is the best vet for us! We’ve been to 3 and I will stay here even though it is far for us after moving. The vet is amazing, staff is very friendly even though my dog is skiddish. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful & friendly ?? Ty

We are long time customers with several dogs & cats over the years & continue to come back due to the excellent care our pets have received.

great staff and doctor!

The service and employees are efficient and I am grateful for that!.

Dr DeMoor is always so kind and relatable when it comes to caring for Stella and her kidney disease. The front desk and techs are always friendly too. We will always come here and refer to everyone we know.

Dr caf and staff are the sweetest most understanding and caring office I ve ever been to.

Everything went well. I especially liked Megan. She was friendly and helpful.

I called and within an hour you guys were able to get my dog in to see the Vet!! Thank you

Love the staff and services at Lockport animal hospital! Thank you for caring for my pup!

We love Dr. Caffarini and all of the staff. It is frustrating that no matter what time we make an appointment, it is consistently at least a 30-minute wait.

A wonderful place to take my furry baby.

Everyone was wonderful! Excellent care and compassionate staff.

You guys are the best! Keep up the good work!

This will be our new vet clinic, love everything and everyone, very thankful

Always a good experience for my pets at Lockport Animal Hospital. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Scoma for always being so thorough and kind to us.

The staff are wonderful; very polite and professional. Dr. Scoma is great with Gabby!

I was beyond happy with the treatment we received and with Dr.DeMoor!!! He explained everything so I could understand and we came up with a plan for Presley! Everyone was super nice and we had the best experience!! So glad I found you guys!!

Dr. Caffarrini took a great amount of time to sort through my questions and concerns about Maxi. I look forward to a new relationship with a veterinarian who listens, takes his time with thinking through what might be going on with Maxi s issues and offering possible solutions.
