Dr. Caffarrini took a great amount of time to sort through my questions and concerns about Maxi. I look forward to a new relationship with a veterinarian who listens, takes his time with thinking through what might be going on with Maxi s issues and offering possible solutions.

I highly recommend Lockport Animal Hospital. My pets have been very well taken care of. The service from all the staff members that I have interacted with has been very professional, friendly, and caring.

Please don’t allow aggressive dogs in the waiting room. From the time we walked in until we left there was a dog growling and barking at every other dog and person it saw. It was terrifying to try to get my dog and cat in and out of the lobby not knowing if this dog would attack us. I would have preferred to have the guest muzzle her dog or have them wait outside until it was time to be seen.

I’m glad I changed to this facility, they have been there for me when I needed them

Wish we would of went over billing and price q bit more in person but I was explained on the phone! Staff was very reassuring of procedure and made me feel comfortable

Vet techs are so patient with Gemma even though she struggles throughout the appt. Vet tech at our last appt 3/23 was very friendly.

I am going to this office with my dogs for almost 20 years. We always wait longer time but this time I was waiting for 40 minutes and they never called me in. I just left .We never been seen by the doctor.

First I have to say Dr DeMoor has been our vet for years and we are very happy with his care. The only suggestion I have is I would like for my dog to be treated in the room with me. I understand this is a changed world with Covid and all but I like to see what is being done with my pup. I am that type of pet parent that wonders did the vet notice anything, check his heart feel for lumps etc. And I will admit I don t ask the vet tech that brings him back because I don t want to bother anyone then I am worring about it later. Also my dog was severely abused and the car ride there is stressful with vomiting then he is whisked to the back. Thanks for your consideration.
