Overall a good experience, the vet was a little blunt and not to warm , and I wish there could be a payment plan for things , otherwise it was good

Busy day for dr jo but when it came our turn he gave us plenty of time to discuss my pups problems. Thank you!

At check in I asked how far behind (don t mind the wait, but had to run to the currency before 6pm). Rudest receptionist dismissed me abruptly. 30 min later I went in & asked if I had time to rum, she said yeah, go. Oh we had someone walk out, you re next. So we stayed and I made it to the currency with only 3 minutes to spare. I told her on the 2nd time in if I had left immediately, I would have been back in time. I went to the car. My daughter asked if we were supposed to go in now. I didn t know. I went back in & asked and she Saud, wait for a call. Wanted to clean the room first. Shes the young thin one up front. She is NOT a good person for Dr. Joe s practice. You ve all been so cool there, she s gotta go. So incredibly rude. Dismissive and mean.

The staff and doctors are alway as very friendly and caring. Our wait time to be seen once in the room was much longer than usual but I think they were just busy that day.

We saw a different vet today. He was very helpful and great with our dog.

We love and appreciate Dr. Caffarini and his staff. They have taken care of our fur babies, past and present for 14 years now and we are grateful for all they have done for us. Thank you Dr. Joe and Staff.

Parking kind of sucks, but there’s probably not much that can be done about that.

Dr caffferini sent me to a emergency vet at 630pm just for them to look my puppy over and look at X-rays from dr cafferini to give him fluid under his skin which he could have done in the office . I ended up spending $600 extra. He had no knowledge on what he needed or was interested in helping me

Doctor DeMoor is simply the best. He squeezed us in for our dog s bad ear infection even though he didn t have an opening until later in the week. Ear drops + shot is working and Tanner is much better.

Trixie & I had to wait an hour to be seen. There were two Dr. s on staff. I didn t personally request to be seen by Dr. Caffeine. He was on the phone with another patient which I understand. However, I kept getting passed over for other patients that were obviously later than me. The techs were spot on doing her nails & anals. No waiting time. Kathy Panka
