We love our vets. Very experienced and friendly people that give not only personable opinions but also reasonable options that are cost effective.

Dr. Scoma is the best! He sees all of our animals and he and the staff take the very best care of them. We couldn t be happier.

The front desk staff never seems happy. When you walk in no one greets you. Three people at the desk one person in line and no one said anything until I said hello.

Our doctor was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the topics I asked questions about, was patient and quick with my dog that is typically very nervous and best of all took a few extra moments of his time to bandaged up my daughters Pluto dog stuffed animal. He’s was the best doctor I have ever had for my dogs.

I love Dr Caffarini! Been going to him for over 20 years. He listens, is kind and always wants the best for your fur children!

Although we live quite a distance from Lockport Animal Hospital, we would not go anywhere else. Dr. S and Dr. Joe are wonderful.

Your facility is clean and welcoming. The staff and all the doctors are amazing. The quality of care and bedside manner of your staff makes coming to the vet for big or small things an easy task.

Dr. Joe Demoor is always great with our pets.

Never had so much fun at the vets. Brandi loved every minute with Dr. DeMoor and his techs.

The doctor did not introduce himself when he entered and didn’t seem very friendly. Didn’t ask if I had questions or really explain what he was looking for when doing the exam. Pleasant experience, but bedside manner was sub par.

First time I was less than happy with my dog’s experience. He usually is able to have his muzzle removed, this time that didn’t happen. He returned from getting shots in the back and my daughter was not told where on his body the shots were given, he was not weighed, and his muzzle was tighter than when he went back, way too tight. We love Dr DeMoor and he wasn’t the issue, Please don’t assign the techs who worked with Dusk that day to us ever again. I also didn’t get information in a print out regarding the build up thing located behind his right ear so my daughter couldn’t really explain or tell me what it is other than nothing to be concerned about.

The staff is wonderful

I arrived 10 mins prior to my appt. I was told the dr’s appointments were running behind and they will call me. Almost an hour passed, I called for an update, but the dr still was unable to see me. I ended up re-scheduling. It would be helpful if customers were notified prior to their appt if the dr is running multiple appointments behind so that we can plan to arrive later or re-schedule rather than sitting in the parking lot for over an hour.

All of my responses were excellent, except the two that were N/A. Rory s appt. was for a monthly nail trim with Dr. DeMoor. Your facility is well organized. I appreciate the courtesy and care of the staff.

Animals love Dr. Demoore. I m convinced that he s Saint Francis reincarnated. I ve been coming to Lockport hospital for nearly 5 years, and I prefer it over all other vets in the area. The only time I go elsewhere is if my furry babies get sick outside of office hours.

Dr. Joe DeMoore has been our vet for approximately 25 years and he bought our last dog, Shadow an additional 5 years and we will continue to see him for as long as we can.

My pet was diagnosed with nothing as far as illness. Yet I was prescribed 3 different medications, I declined upfront one of them. I’m supposed to go for a recheck appointment next week which I’m also going to cancel. Since my pet wasn’t sick what are we checking?

Amazing clinic. Will not go anywhere else
