Dr Joe Was fantastic!! So knowledgeable and straightforward, he really knew his stuff and was very easy to understand. I went in looking for a second opinion and am going to be switching vets all together to have my dog only see him. The staff at Lockport Animal Hospital is outstanding! I especially appreciate the time that Dr. Demoor spends to answer any questions or concerns that we have.

Mazie and I have always had good experiences at Lockport Animal Hospital. Mazie is the first dog I ve had who actually likes going to the vet, maybe it s because the whole staff treats her so lovingly.

For the future it would be courteous to inform people with scheduled appointments that there has been an emergency and the doctor will not be available for over an hour after the scheduled appointment. In my opinion I don’t think it’s necessary to give a dog a shot of an anti-inflammatory for an ear infection. The prescription pill form is probably just fine. My dogs ear was swabbed in the waiting area and was seen by the doctor for approximately five minutes. I was charged almost $200. I was outraged. For the record I was never even officially told by the doctor if my dog even had an ear infection. While I love the staff I don’t know if we’ll be back.

Lockport Animal Hospital was great! Friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarian. Brought in a stray cat I had caught in a trap on short notice and they were able to help and give it vaccines, wormers, flea treatment and basic check up pretty much immediately. Very Happy, can highly recommend this clinic.

As always, the staff was very welcoming to me and my pet. And the doctor that examine my pet was also caring and informed me and explained all that was need for my pet. Also, when leaving, the staff was kind and asked if I needed any help with my pet since there were other dogs in the waiting area. Great job everyone.

We are very happy with both doctors and the staff at this clinic and will continue to come back again and again for our dogs, and potentially, other pets.

Lockport Animal Hospital is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they treat my dog Nova so well. I am very glad I switched vets and groomers.

I was much happier with the vet cutting my dogs nails, everytime I get them cut, I still leave with LONG nails on my dog, not to mention the vet double check her nails and went back to make them a cleaner cute. First time leaving there a happy camper!!!
