Dr Caffarini provides exceptional care to all of his clients. He takes the time to thoroughly examine our pets and listens to any concerns we may have with them. Dr Caffarini is very personable!

I was referred to Lockport Animal Hospital and have in turn referred others. I am very satisfied with the services. They go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I also feel that everyone there really cares about my pet. The fact the prices are realistic and not everything is an up sell is also a big plus.

Best visit I have ever experienced. I got right in, only waiting for 3 or 4 mins which is great because the waiting room is very tiny

Worst visit we have ever had. Slightly disappointed. Not even sure the room was cleaned before we were rotated in. It was very awkward.

I should never have moved to a city vet. Dr. Joe only from here forward!

My appointment went great! I was in to see the doctor within a few minutes and I was able to spend plenty of time with Dr. DeMoor and his assistant.

I have a 13 year old boxer and Dr Joe Demoor has kept him healthy for most of his life. The staff is great and the office runs like a fine clock. Thanks for always being there when needed.

Expand the waiting room. It is way too small ! Everything else was great .
