I appreciate the service! Would recommend. (Regarding time issue appt was 10:00 and waited till almost 10:30 to be seen. I know things come up, just nice to get an ETA at the least. If I knew it was going to be a bit I’d have taken sprout outside a little while instead of waiting in the room to walk off his nerves instead of him confined getting more and more nervous.)

They are really good about getting you in a room right away. You also check out in the exam room. They ve done a great job with coordinating who goes where with the limited wait space they have. But we will follow Dr. DeMoor wherever he practices.

Truly appreciate the care provided by all of the staff

Knowing a follow-up appt for a weight check was being scheduled after my June appt, I would have appreciated knowing then that (1) a follow-up appt costs $28, not $50; and (2) a weight check is at NO CHARGE, I d just have to call and see if a weight table was open to use.

Dr. DeMoor was sincere and compassionate. This was my first time in the office and I brought in a stray cat with an injured paw. Every one I interacted with was friendly and helpful, from the woman at the front desk, to the woman who assisted the Doctor, and the doctor himself. It was wonderful to get Mr. Whiskers the medical attention he needed in such a good place!

The young ladies & Dr. Were great. Muffy is not a great patient. But she just does great with him & groomer we have been to others. That is why idrive so far a vet is great thanks

Everyone is always nice. We feel comfortable with both Veterinarians which makes making appointments easy and convenient.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I have a crazy schedule and they always manage to find a time to see us.

I love the ease of scheduling appointments online and the team is always friendly. The only thing I did notice is that the room wasn’t very clean. I would suggest sweeping exam room after every appt.

Prices are getting a bit high, but we love our Dr. and his staff and the good care our pets receive is worth the extra money.
