Waited in the exam room for over an hour to be seen be the doctor. That is unacceptable

I’ve been taking my dog to get his nails trimmed down the street, but as he’s been getting older, he’s been freaking out more and more about it, which in turn makes me so nervous too. I would struggle to hold onto him as they clipped away in a seemingly uncaring way. I didn’t realize it was easier to take him to where he’s been getting his annual car all along. I didn’t have to hold him down as they took him in back while I waited. He came came out and I was told he actually did pretty good. I was so grateful for the way they made me feel everything was OK. I will never take him anywhere else. Huge thank you to the staff - you have no idea how much better I felt when I left there.

I feel the price I had to pay to have my dog groomed with the sedition was extremely high. Unfortunately i have a pet whom needs grooming but is extremely anxious.
