Such a great experience every time we have to go! Going to the vet can sometimes be nerve racking but the staff always makes it a good visit. Eve our dog, Ace loves going because everyone is so kind to him there!

We waited at least 30 minutes in room 5 before seeing the vet. The assistant did come in to inform us that he was still working on the prior patient and it was taking longer than foreseen.

Dr. Scoma is awesome! He is always so and patient with my cat and all my cat mom questions. I appreciate his knowledge and calm presence. Everyone we encounter at the Lockport Animal Hospital is professional and genuinely seems to like working there! :)

Wait time was pretty long. I had a 5 p.m. appointment. I didn t get into an exam room until 6:15 p.m. However, everything else is great as always, and I understand that there may be issues that take longer that put the doctor off-sshedule, including my dog s issue.

I don’t know if you have always had the online pharmacy, but I am not impressed with this procedure at all. This was my first time ordering from them. After placing my order, I was informed that the amount of medication would go out of code before I could use it and needed to go with a different quantity. I had to stay on the line for over a half hour to get them to OK that the quantity I needed I would get the entire 30% discount. I wasn’t asking for anything special just the way it was presented to me what I thought I was getting in the beginning and it still ended up costing me a few dollars more Because I had to buy two smaller quantities than the one 12 pack. I think you should be aware of what’s happening with this Pharmacy.
