Wait time was pretty long. I had a 5 p.m. appointment. I didn t get into an exam room until 6:15 p.m. However, everything else is great as always, and I understand that there may be issues that take longer that put the doctor off-sshedule, including my dog s issue.

I don’t know if you have always had the online pharmacy, but I am not impressed with this procedure at all. This was my first time ordering from them. After placing my order, I was informed that the amount of medication would go out of code before I could use it and needed to go with a different quantity. I had to stay on the line for over a half hour to get them to OK that the quantity I needed I would get the entire 30% discount. I wasn’t asking for anything special just the way it was presented to me what I thought I was getting in the beginning and it still ended up costing me a few dollars more Because I had to buy two smaller quantities than the one 12 pack. I think you should be aware of what’s happening with this Pharmacy.

Ladies at the desk are so nice in person and over the phone , I have been other places and nothing is worse than the person at the front desk being ignorant with you and your pet you guys are so polite and so nice Amber did such a great job with my Marley cleaned her up so nice she came from my daughter s house and was a mess and she did such a great job thank you so much

We always have a great experience at your facility. The staff is so nice and helpful plus all the Doctors are knowledgeable and really look for proactive measures and solutions to many of the skin issues my pet has that is reasonable and economical. Thank you!

Dr DeMoor and the staff are absolutely amazing. To say I was shocked at the cost to do a blood test for my older cat would be an understatement! $266 for bloodwork is outrageous

My dog has allergies that occur just about the same time every year. I bought him in and seen a vet I ve never seen before. I expected an exam along w some routine questions and expected to leave w same meds he gets just about every summer. I knew it was gonna be a cost but I was not expecting a dam near $400 bill!! It was not explained that these test/swabs he did were like 40-50 a piece. A heads up as to which way I would have liked to proceed would have been much better then doing this, this, this and this and leave out again w spending almost $400 for something that clearly in his records is re occurring

We love and trust Dr. Caffarini. Our first cat, Dexter, lived 18 years and our dog, Brandi, lived 11 years. Dr. Caffarini took care of both of them. Now with Joey he will be getting the same loving care. Everyone at this facility are so kind and they always have a smile to share. Thank you all.??
