I got in within one hour of calling.My waite was very short.Every one was friendly and the Dr. knew what he was dooing.Im very pleased with my visit.

When I brought Mason for shots we had to wait quite awhile. Another dog was having an emergency and Doc had to give that dog his full attention. The girls came in to apologize, but I told them there is no reason to apologize at all. Doc took the same care and time when I came in 7 years ago with my previous dog whom we eventually had to put down. Time is time. Quality time for the pets we care for is something special though. It is more comforting for me knowing the levels of diligence Lockport Animal Hospital goes to in caring for the animals and not just seeing their customers/patients as quickly as possible. Dog Grooming- Amber is great. As nervous as Mason is when we arrive, Amber has him cleaned up, calmed down, and of course ready to go home in no time. Top to bottom Lockport Animal Hospital is a step above everyone else

Appt was for a nail trim. Other than the charge going up regularly, I have no other comments presently.

Front desk staff felt cold and I didn’t care for hearing a comment about a client after hanging up the phone. Comment was a little negative about the person who called.
