We waited for 40 minutes and chose to forgo the vet appt., and just get the cytopoint for Andie. She’s a 13 year old and gets very anxious at vet or grooming appointments.

Excellent in all questions. It would not let me check all the stars

The stars on this questionnaire are not working. I arrived at my appointment at 3 o’clock for 315 and didn’t get seen till 4 o’clock. I found the office incredibly noisy in the front and the back I feel like a much more calming atmosphere needs to be for animals that are stressed while in the vets office even some of the ladies in the office that were coming in or visits and waiting on things said it was way too loud and uncomfortable, otherwise the answer to the rest of the questions was yes the rest was fine. The noise level was pretty stressful even for me. I could also hear noise and I thought music in the back which doesn’t make for a great comforting, quiet atmosphere for dogs and cats that are there for care just my opinion

The Doctor and staff are always kind and gentle with our dog. They take their time with the exam to allow her to get comfortable. They offer alternative ideas for the issues our dog s issue allowing us to understand how to proceed with treatment. We always leave confident that Willow has received the best of care.

I showed up 5 -7 min early for my appointment. The waiting room was fully packed - too much so for my comfort. But 48 minutes later I was brought into the room by a tech who asked questions. Then as he was leaving, he said a Vet would be in about 10 minutes later to which I told him how disappointed I was with the wait time. If I was this late to an appointment, I would be told to reschedule and probably be charged. But no-one said, I m sorry. No one. Unbelievable. I have a new golden coming home end of May - I will be taking my business elsewhere and you will NOT get a good recommendation from me on social media.

I love this office, and everyone we have ever had contact with. My pets are my furbabies and the right office is like the right pediatrician. Pinion Pine is our Petiatrician! Thank you for the love you all show.

They are always so great there. We don t even live close to them and we will drive all the way there because they are that good.

I would have liked to have had a conference with the vet prior to delivering my dog to have her teeth cleaned. There was no conference whatsoever, based on the photographs I sent in of the dogs teeth, what to expect. I was hoping that all that stuff I saw on her teeth was just plaque and could be removed. As it turned out, it was a lot worse than what I had hoped for.

It was my first visit there. I was there initially for just a spay. HOWEVER I really liked how friendly and nice every staff member was. It truly made me feel secure leaving my puppy in your care. When I came back to pick her up everyone knew exactly who I was getting just by her name and all had such nice things to say about her. Thank you so much! I am glad to say I have found a new vet for my puppy and we will be staying with you for her ongoing care! Thank you

Scruffy’s appt. was for nail clipping only. However, every prior visits are 5 Stars !
