It s always been a pleasure to bring my bird to the office and get her examined and treated if needed. The DVM was astute about her age and condition and make recommendations base on the physical exam which noted decreased pectoral muscles, and the need for more flying.

Waiting over an hour for an appointment was ridiculous. I didn’t receive an apology and the vet said 0 words to me about anything. It was the worst and most awkward experience I’ve ever had at a vet. I will be warning others not to come here.

I made an appointment for a check up and vaccination. I thought we were going to see a vet. A couple days before the appointment I received a text saying it was just vaccines and to stay in the car. When we arrived the lot was almost full, we parked at the end of the black top. Due to the heat we had to keep the car running with the air on. They came and got my dog and walked her across a very hot asphalt lot. I stated my concerns at the time. This is not what I expected; it felt like a mill. During covid I understood the need for this, but now I would like to be with my pet.

Hi. The reception area of your office is friendly but at times chaotic based on check in, check outs, coming and going from the reception area to the back rooms and the front desk taking phone calls.

All was great with the appt, except the wait was super-long. Upon arrival at our appointment time, the waiting room was full, and within a few minutes, everyone who was waiting was brought into your 4 exam rooms. We waited quite a while (maybe 30 min? maybe more?) before one of those rooms opened up again and was ready for us.

As always the staff were kind, friendly, and kept to a good schedule as we didn t wait long. Keep up the great work!!

It was chaotic on Monday afternoon- appointment was for 3:15 and it took quite awhile after check in. Were you short handed that day? And it felt quite hot in waiting area. I only saw tech as they took my dog back for shots and nail trim- didn’t see a room. Perhaps when running late you can send a message to clients to advise- so they are prepared or can arrive a bit later. I’m sure they would understand.

I have my cats nails clipped every month, usually by Amanda. She does a great job and is very kind to my cat. Very polite and efficient staff!

We have had 2 dogs go this year . Idgee had a long life and when this issue happened having the compassion and care from staff made it an easy transition for her . This past week our other dog Niki needed nails trimmed and 11 pds of dynamite gave them a workout . Since age hearing and vision are up there . The girls loved her through it . We love Pinion
