My green cheek conure Oliver really enjoys interacting with Lilly at the front desk. He was dancing for her which is a strong sign of being happy with where he is. Staff is always so pleasant to work with. Dr. Jackson is the best there is in fact the day before our appointment I will tell Oliver, we re going to see your friends and Dr. Jackson tomorrow , he get pretty excited to come visit. I love your staff and doctors. However it would be great if hold time on the phone was shorter when calling for appointments. And sometimes it takes too long to get dogs in for urgent matters.

It took about a week to get in for an ear infection on our dog without having to pay emergency fees. Dog wasn’t miserable and eating and acting fine so we waited. At the appointment I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes to be seen, there was only one other person in the waiting room and one other car in the parking lot so I’m not sure why we waited so long. The vet tech apologized for the wait and the Dr was great. My biggest concern is that while waiting (that long time) in the waiting room, my large dog laid on the floor the whole time, while in the waiting room the front desk girls were “sanitizing” everything except the floor of the lobby and waiting area and talking about someone who had just been and all the animals had been sick etc etc… Low and behold my perfectly healthy dog (with the exception of a red ear) within 24 hours developed vomiting and diarrhea for the next 72 hours THEN our other dog started about 24 hours after the first. I’m not sure what it was that they were sanitizing everything but the floor for but apparently my dog caught something at the vet and spread it to our other dog, the last 4 days have been a mess and a nightmare and we are really upset about it. It makes us question whether it’s safe to bring our pets here without them contracting some other virus.

Your staff is truly amazing - our first pup was treated in the last few years of his life and the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. When he crossed the rainbow bridge, the genuine empathy and compassion was evident. Our new doggo is two years old and I’m glad we have chosen to continue our pet care in the hands of the wonderful people at Pinion. Thank you all!
