Wonderful in every way. Although a deeper explanation as to what was happening to my pet would have been welcomed.

The staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the Vet Tech to Dr Thomas. Patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Their concern for both my dog and me, was greatly appreciated. My questions were answered and an explanation of her condition and options was patiently given me. Although we were referred to a specialist for further treatment I will not hesitate to use Pinion as our vet in the future. Thank you, staff and Dr. Thomas.

I will recommend this company to anyone,they took great care of my lewie, i will continue going there with my fur babies!!! the prices were not bad at all my visit was a emergency and i was out of there with x-rays ,meds ,and office visit and it was a little over $300.00 thats great in my books

I don’t know if the exam rooms were neat & clean. I didn’t get to go inside. I would like to have asked a couple questions. Maybe next visit.

I was there for pre-op bloodwork for my puppy. Was told they couldn’t get her to hold still to get the blood sample. I could have assisted, if asked. I was sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I love Pinion, but i think this could have been handled better.

My first visit and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The Staff was friendly, the wait time was appropriate, the cost was reasonable and I felt like the doctor time to listen and talk to me. Glad this is the place I chose for my pet.

Hello, The care for my pet was great, the staff was friendly... the waiting was difficult. I was asked to come between 7:30, and 7:45- I did not walk out until 8:15- I did not expect the long list of items to go over with expense attached for options. I had a quote from the original appointment set, and that was all I needed, not an upscale opportunity. If the staff had noticed something and called to say for example, hey your cat has mites, than I get it... but I felt like the $600 plus list of things that I could get done was unnecessary. The neuter, and shots, and worming was fine. I do like the idea of drive up Rabbie shots on Friday afternoons for my unruly dogs so I will be back. also making the original appointment did take a few try s, as I was not able to wait indefinitely on the line. But we made it through. Thanks again for listening.

Only thing was the vaccines were more expensive than the estimate got when dew claws removed. From 15.36 to 19.21 x’s 10. 398.85 to 436.64?? She said it was the worming medicine but when I got a chance it was the dapp.

I called to have my little girl dog spayed. They had me in within a few days. The incision was so small and clean. She is heeling fast and little pain. The Dr. Sent home medicine to help her incase she did hurt. Niki is doing great and I found a new veterinarian office! Amazing service and care to my little girl dog. Thank you!

I was in on Wednesday. The office staff appeared new and very overwhelmed. Distracted.

Minimal time . Everyone in staff was kind and considerate to Kobe and I as usual. Can’t think of anything negative Lilly and Alexa and dr Jackson we’re all wonderful . Kobe is happy with his medication and is no longer scratching his poor ears . Caused by groomer plucking his ears.

My husband said the experience was good , he was happy with services provided.

Your team bailed me out of a situation. Your staff were friendly and cordial. The space was clean and organized and the receptionist sanitized the lobby after each guest. The experiance was intimate and tailored to the needs of the customer and the prices were reasonable. Great work
