The appt was non-stop chaos although it was scheduled as a drive up vaccine appt for two dogs. Check out during this last appt lacked coordination and attention for the next in line that I received received in the past. Things happen, I get it, but the last appt was stressful.

Telephone put on hold takes too long. Also there should be options for getting called back if there’s a cancellation? Other than that we’ve been going to Pinion for 4 years and we absolutely love the entire staff. Waiting to go in to see the vet we are entertained with the staffs interactions with the clients and especially the animals being brought in for treatment’s…

Staff were amazing and Dr.Thomas were amazing. I really appreciated that they were understanding that I had moved to Reno recently and needed to establish a new vet for my wee elderly Maltese. They took the time to request records from my wee one s previous vet, rather than running a battery of tests from the get go. I am very happy with Pinion and would highly recommend them. All staff were amazing and a special call out to Caitlyn who called me when they had a last minute cancelation as she knew I was anxious to get in to have Ella seen by the vet. Love this vet!

Our vet tech was so sweet and helpful and the vet called and gave a great update. I felt very comfortable and like my pup was well taken care of

My # 1 Vet to Go to. They call after the visit to make sure everything is OK with your Pet. Basically they care on the Wellness of your pet. If there was a problem they will do everything in there power. To handle It. Dr Davenport treats your Pet like it was his Own, I have never had a problem with Pinion and if needed I will always go back

Our dog Sequoyah passed on July 27th and everyone at the hospital was super sensitive to us. Dr. Jackson called after hours. Dr. Thomas was patient with all our new puppy questions. Both were very sensitive to the fact we were experiencing a tremendous loss. The staff was gentle too. Thanks all!

This was my dogs first visit to Pinion and everything went perfectly. Louie, my baby, is old, blind and cranky. The technician and vet were incredible. Louie was perfectly comfortable. They went above and beyond to make Louie and me happy.
