My #1 v veterinary hospital. Dr Davenport is an exceptional veterinarian and person. He always explains the situation with my dog and answers my questions in a way easy to understand. I am totally happy with the hospital size and caring staff . They are friends to me and my dogs.

Thank you for seeing my boy, Henry. The area below his eye was swollen and his eye was drippy and squinty.I called his regular vet and the first urgent care appt available was the middle of the following week! I called 2 other places hoping to get him seen before the weekend. The nice people at Pinion got me in and we re so kind. I was very upset by the time I called Pinion, and they didn t think I was crazy at all! Henry got the treatment he needed and I could not be happier. Thank you to all of you!

I am very impressed with everyone at Pinion. My Lucy received excellent care and we were able to get in early when someone canceled. Thank you to your schedulers because I know they were looking out for us -- I needed to move asap and getting in early was a godsend. I was rather surprised that you did not spend more than five minutes evaluating my dog, Buddy for a possible dental cleaning/procedure. While the tech I dealt with was very nice, a conversation with one of the DVMs would have been in order, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE ESTIMATE FOR HIS PROCEDURE was $2200-$$2700!!!!!!!!!!!

Duke and I love all the doctors and techs at Pinion. I’ve been with Pinion for over 30 years now and I’ve never had a bad customer service experience. Thank you all, for all you do.

To be honest, I am almost grateful that Docs couldn t get us in. They are closer, but we are 100%, willing to go the extra miles to stay with you all at Pinion. Bottom line, I was very pleased with Pinion vet hospital for Rocky. Not to be rude, but I would never leave Animal Medical Services for my dogs.

Good visit. Overall, pleased. Had to wait about 15 minutes or so in the exam room and it did have the odor typical in veterinary offices. I was out of there within an hour even though there was a wait time. Staff were very friendly.

I have always beem please with the service pinion have given me in the passed years with all my pet.

the doctor lady was fabulous. Her assistant kinda scared my dog. She did not talk to him before touching him. she did not let him smell her. She did not scratch behind his ears. She just went to touching his belly to hear his heart. Ya maybe she needs a little more training on how to introduce herself to dogs.

Tried to make an appointment online several times and system was down. We made an appointment the old way via the phone

Really enjoyed interacting with staff and veterinarian and observing my dogs behavior at his visit. Covid has kept us away from important communication. I was happy to take a cancellation for our appointment and come away with answers and a happy dog.

We didn t feel like we got any real answers until we asked additional questions the day after the exam. We were not offered home remedies, but instead had to ask for some.
