It was an excellent visit. We got to have Miss Anna trim nails and that always makes Riley more comfortable. He loves her so much. Everyone else was great as well. Virtually no wait time too.

I love this animal hospital. I never know when my little dogs anal glands need expressing. And they always get us in. A friendly staff.

The staff who told me vetsulin was the same as NPH became angry in demeanor only when I asked her to ask Dr Thomas to correct the writing script to NPH, slammed around a little said something under her breath to the girl closest to the door. I assured my feet were out of the way. She lightened up with my jokes about in medical field we have an expression”shit happens, you’re in medical field too,” just have to let it run off like rain. “. She didn’t mistreat me, and was better by time I left. Ok after she called me back to correct the error.

I m pretty frustrated. I wanted to talk to a doctor but I couldn t because it was a no-charge pre-dental and there was an urgent surgery so the doc was too busy. I dropped off some new blood work results. A tech came out with my cat and referred to the bloodwork with diagnosis of kidney disease and saying it wasn t clear if she had 2 months or 2 years left. Not cool to leave me there. I am going to cancel the dental.

I have been to a few vets in town, Pinion is the only one i will be recommending in the future, I have never felt more comfortable and secure and I m sure Charlie feels the same.

Let your customers know if you are running late, we got there 25 minutes early and did not see the DR until 45 min past our appointment.

Wonderful in every way. Although a deeper explanation as to what was happening to my pet would have been welcomed.

The staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the Vet Tech to Dr Thomas. Patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Their concern for both my dog and me, was greatly appreciated. My questions were answered and an explanation of her condition and options was patiently given me. Although we were referred to a specialist for further treatment I will not hesitate to use Pinion as our vet in the future. Thank you, staff and Dr. Thomas.

Took my sick hedgehog here. I was very pleased and happy with the whole experience. All of the staff I met were very friendly and made me and my son comfortable. I left feeling confident and like my pets health would improve. Thank you Pinion!!

I will recommend this company to anyone,they took great care of my lewie, i will continue going there with my fur babies!!! the prices were not bad at all my visit was a emergency and i was out of there with x-rays ,meds ,and office visit and it was a little over $300.00 thats great in my books

I don’t know if the exam rooms were neat & clean. I didn’t get to go inside. I would like to have asked a couple questions. Maybe next visit.

Thankful for Saturday appointments and amazing staff!

I was there for pre-op bloodwork for my puppy. Was told they couldn’t get her to hold still to get the blood sample. I could have assisted, if asked. I was sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I love Pinion, but i think this could have been handled better.

My first visit and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The Staff was friendly, the wait time was appropriate, the cost was reasonable and I felt like the doctor time to listen and talk to me. Glad this is the place I chose for my pet.
