I was charged the $45.00 for the vet examination fee with no call from Veterinarian & I am not even for sure if veterinary was there that day since when I questioned the vet tech when my dog, Lily was returned 15 mins later that I hadn t received call from the vet as I did with the last curbside services; I was told at these clinics it is just routine check. I don’t understand why the office is still closed to pet owners. It seems very unfriendly since masks are no longer legally required. It makes it appear that your business is quite happy to have eliminated face to face interactions with pet owners.

I was in for a tech appt and didnt see the inside of hospital. There was no confirmation on what exactly i wanted done with my pets.

I would like to be able to come in with my dog again

I just didn’t like staying in the car and then not being able to speak with the doctor afterwards. I have a problem with my phone, if it’s a back line it goes start to voicemail. Other than that, I really enjoy this place. Thank you for caring for my pet.

The wait time to get an appointment has become quite long for all different types of visits. Maybe consider expanding???

I wouldn’t know about the exam rooms since I still have never actually been inside the building.

Dr. Bill is amazing. I had a wait but it was well worth it. Both my Tom Tom Tommy and I are very happy. He s hardly limping at all and will now stay indoors 24/7. Thanks so much for all your help and concern. I love Dr. Bill and his great caring staff!

You guys are awesome, and I always appreciate you putting my helicopter parent mind at ease when it comes to the health and wellness of my dog. This most recent visit was regarding strange behaviour in my dog that I was afraid could have been an internal injury. Your establishment assured me that you were also unable to distinguish anything physically wrong with my dog and we had a great memorial weekend thanks to it!

Thanks for being friendly and upfront with costs. Ducky is healing well and we’ll be returning. We did wait an hour at check-in, which is too long, but at pickup it was only 20 min. Best

This is the best veterinary facility I’ve worked with. Everyone goes out of their way to help and Dr. Davenport is the very best!! I would recommend highly!

I was very pleased with the care and attention we received from the tech who talked with us in the parking lot and the doctor who examined Dillon. Everyone was very nice, took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable.

ALL the staff was very nice, very caring and kind. They explained everything and listened to all my questions and concerns.

Price was high for the service I got an estimate on.

The veterinarian, Dr. Thomas, was delightful, extremely helpful, but the overall experience with the staff was terrible. I was told you were running slightly behind, then I ended up waiting in the car for over an hour until I was seen. I understand running late but the attitude of the staff was impatient and aloof. I did not feel the health of my pets were their concern as it very much should have been. I am hesitant to return, though I love the care Dr. Thomas provides.

I come out from Spanish Springs because this is an amazing clinic. Staff is always professional and courteous and Doctor Davenport is amazing. Where now bringing our 4th generation of dog to him. Also you folks have done a great job of handling the pandemic protocol.One of the better set ups I have seen

The technician who came to our car to pick up our dog was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very impressed with her and, of course, we can t say enough about Dr. Davenport. In spite of his extremely busy schedule he took time to see our dog and called us that night with instructions re medication, etc. He has been our Vet for approximately 38 years and, to us, he is irreplaceable.
