I am very impressed that Pinion was able to see my cat because of their foresight to keep 2 emergency spots open per day. I got lucky, so did my cat. This is my go to place when I feel I have a dire need.

I understand the crunch of customers. Had to wait 45 minutes for my dogs appointment.

Cannot answer questions about doctors or rooms since I never met any doctors and everything is curbside. However, I specifically asked (and there must be correspondence for it through texts,)for Luna to have 2 appointments to separate the influenza from the DAP vaccins but it was not respected. I also asked for help with her nails but was told that it was vaccins only. So far, my experience has not been 100%

These questions don’t really apply during COVID. Pinion has always been great. I love Dr. Davenport and miss going in with my girls to talk to him. While I fully understand that doing curbside is needed for the safety of all concerned.., it leaves out an important part of the visit. Maybe have a way for the doctors to be able to Zoom or audio the visit between the office and the car ?

We have been with Dr. Davenport for over 40 years. Now we find that we cannot get an appointment for our Loves. Where is the loyalty?

Staff was kind, friendly and understanding.

I was charged the $45.00 for the vet examination fee with no call from Veterinarian & I am not even for sure if veterinary was there that day since when I questioned the vet tech when my dog, Lily was returned 15 mins later that I hadn t received call from the vet as I did with the last curbside services; I was told at these clinics it is just routine check. I don’t understand why the office is still closed to pet owners. It seems very unfriendly since masks are no longer legally required. It makes it appear that your business is quite happy to have eliminated face to face interactions with pet owners.

I was in for a tech appt and didnt see the inside of hospital. There was no confirmation on what exactly i wanted done with my pets.

I would like to be able to come in with my dog again

I just didn’t like staying in the car and then not being able to speak with the doctor afterwards. I have a problem with my phone, if it’s a back line it goes start to voicemail. Other than that, I really enjoy this place. Thank you for caring for my pet.

The wait time to get an appointment has become quite long for all different types of visits. Maybe consider expanding???

I wouldn’t know about the exam rooms since I still have never actually been inside the building.

Dr. Bill is amazing. I had a wait but it was well worth it. Both my Tom Tom Tommy and I are very happy. He s hardly limping at all and will now stay indoors 24/7. Thanks so much for all your help and concern. I love Dr. Bill and his great caring staff!
