Jhetti Brown had a very successful visit to remove a wart. Everyone was kind and professional. The final paperwork was not accurate however: his stitch removal was scheduled for 5 weeks out ( which was changed after I called attention to it). I was also given another dog’s estimate for teeth cleaning by mistake. These errors in paperwork did concern me- it shows a lack of attention to detail. The biggest thing though is that Jhetti’s incision is healing well, so thank you kindly. On a different note, I must reiterate that charging between $1,400 and $1,800 for a tooth cleaning and potential extractions is absurd. I understand from the very patient receptionist with whom I already had this conversation, that, due to his age and murmur, extra charges are needed to cover the extra care taken. However, the cost is too high with the result being that he won’t have the work done at all unless the money can be found. I am wondering if other patients are in the same boat - it weighs heavily on my mind. Sincerely, Jan Brown

I am very impressed that Pinion was able to see my cat because of their foresight to keep 2 emergency spots open per day. I got lucky, so did my cat. This is my go to place when I feel I have a dire need.

Cannot answer questions about doctors or rooms since I never met any doctors and everything is curbside. However, I specifically asked (and there must be correspondence for it through texts,)for Luna to have 2 appointments to separate the influenza from the DAP vaccins but it was not respected. I also asked for help with her nails but was told that it was vaccins only. So far, my experience has not been 100%

These questions don’t really apply during COVID. Pinion has always been great. I love Dr. Davenport and miss going in with my girls to talk to him. While I fully understand that doing curbside is needed for the safety of all concerned.., it leaves out an important part of the visit. Maybe have a way for the doctors to be able to Zoom or audio the visit between the office and the car ?
