All of your front desk staff are absolutely amazing everytime I ve come in! My only concern is I came in on a Thursday for a 3:45 appt. I showed up at 3:30 and there was 4-5 dogs in waiting area, then there were another 4+ owners with dogs inside their cars also waiting for their appts. I waited until 4:40 then had to reschedule for another day. I looked at the sign in sheet and there was appts scheduled every 15 mins but obviously not getting patients in and out that quickly

Vet tech was great, and Dr of course.

I thought I d be getting an email with all of the treatment my cat received, (so I can keep it with my pet records. I get quite a few emails as it is, (reminder emails). Getting call backs seems, elusive. Calling in to actually make an appointment is difficult at best.

We appreciate Dr. Jackson s way of handling us and our pups---love her calm, caring manner. Scheduled for dentals in April

Was told to be there by a certain time to get the pet. Got there to pick up the pet that was ready to go with only one other person there. Had to wait 35 minutes while everyone who came in after got helped. Also incredibly expensive for what was needed.

After our appointment, I was instructed to call, should I have any questions or concerns. I called, I recorded a message and have not received a phone call reply?

I had to wait 45 min to see vet

I was very unhappy with my appointment. My dog had a curbside vaccination appointment scheduled for 1:45. After sitting in the car for 30 minutes after checking in, I went into the office—I had been forgotten about on a previous appointment. The woman at the front desk seemed very annoyed that I came in. I continued to wait. I waited 45 minutes for my pet’s appointment. If I had been late your office would have charged me and sent me on my way. There was nothing I could do about waiting for 45 minutes without out any more communication than an annoyed “They’ll get to you when they can.” I felt very frustrated. I am considering taking my pets elsewhere.

I would like to have had an estimate of the waiting time (which I asked for and did not get) so I could have planned where I would wait with my dog. It is understandable that sometimes the staff runs late, and I waited 45 minutes. Just knowing there would be a long delay would have helped.
