I recently just started the business relationship with Pinion and I must say they have won me over with the friendliest staff and cleanliness. We were squeezed in to a full day and I felt like everyone treated us like humans that needed help and the staff did everything in their power to address concerns and get us in where they could! Very friendly helpful and kind staff.

I was early for the appointment. I waited 30 minutes with no notice on when I might be called. I notified you 2x I was waiting. No one cared. You aren t the only ones with schedules. I left. When I made the appointment, no one told me I couldn t go in. I had even called back after scheduling to add a request. The text and email are the only notifications I had that my supposed nose-to-tail appointment was vaccine/curbside only. I resent that. I want to go in with my pet and see the exam. Your office is really difficult to work with.

I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was so kind and understanding and I feel like Lola got great care!

Very limited resources for exotic animals in Reno sparks area. The places I did call didn’t take my concerns for my bunny seriously but you did. Called several different places, this is by far the best front line/administrative office I’ve dealt with. Although vet tech and vet was fantastic. Administrative team should get all the credit, they are the ones reeling in the business. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

It is three days now since our visit and still no word about Wile E s test results. Unacceptable!

I could not change the stars. Only three seats. Get some folding chairs at least. 1.5 hours waiting. Were not wanting to help my dog as it was time to go home. Not cool. And the estimate to clean teeth is outrageous.

So often staff that work at reception are unfriendly and abrupt, That is not the case at Pinion. Although they were very busy, they were extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient.

Everyone at Pinon Vet is my dog, Sassy s, very favorite place to visit. Everyone at Pinon goes out of their way to take care of Sassy, while making her feel that she is so special. Thank you so much. We appreciate all of you!!

I had an appointment at 8:45am and did not get into an exam room until 10:40am. I sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes before my cat was seen by the veterinarian. She was delightful and my cat responded well to her. The excessive wait, however, was completely unacceptable.

I know you are overwhelmed but I had an 8:30 appointment and finally left 2 hours later. My dog just needed a vaccine shot and blood drawn for a heart worm test. It was the longest vet visit I have ever had in 12 years. I was almost going to leave when the tech popped her head in and said the doctor would be in soon. Maybe your appointment times need to be adjusted. I miss Dr. Davenport who got to know my dog. Familiarity is really important to the quality of care.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff made special accommodations and for my pets emotional and behavioral needs which made our appointment a productive positive experience for Xochi and Willow. The use of a room with a calming diffuser was really helpful for both dogs. Willow, who tends to be really high strung, was able to relax and settle down. Xochi fainted upon entering, but recovered quickly and was able to relax as well. A very good experience for our dogs and us.
