Pretty tough to do the survey when all of the stars are already annotated and can t be changed

So often staff that work at reception are unfriendly and abrupt, That is not the case at Pinion. Although they were very busy, they were extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient.

Everyone at Pinon Vet is my dog, Sassy s, very favorite place to visit. Everyone at Pinon goes out of their way to take care of Sassy, while making her feel that she is so special. Thank you so much. We appreciate all of you!!

I had an appointment at 8:45am and did not get into an exam room until 10:40am. I sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes before my cat was seen by the veterinarian. She was delightful and my cat responded well to her. The excessive wait, however, was completely unacceptable.

I know you are overwhelmed but I had an 8:30 appointment and finally left 2 hours later. My dog just needed a vaccine shot and blood drawn for a heart worm test. It was the longest vet visit I have ever had in 12 years. I was almost going to leave when the tech popped her head in and said the doctor would be in soon. Maybe your appointment times need to be adjusted. I miss Dr. Davenport who got to know my dog. Familiarity is really important to the quality of care.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff made special accommodations and for my pets emotional and behavioral needs which made our appointment a productive positive experience for Xochi and Willow. The use of a room with a calming diffuser was really helpful for both dogs. Willow, who tends to be really high strung, was able to relax and settle down. Xochi fainted upon entering, but recovered quickly and was able to relax as well. A very good experience for our dogs and us.

I waited over an hour to be put into an exam room, and then waited a very long time in that very small room that was warmer than comfortable. I had brought an extra med sized dog because she s a new rescue for me and I wanted to bring her along for the experience while her brother had his exam. Staff apologized several times and thanked us for being patient. We were the last appt of the day, and I totally realize things come up throughout the day that require urgency, so not necessarily complaining, but since you sent me this survey, I figured this is where I voice my less than pleasant experience in your clinic.

Would like more information on overall pet health.

There were already 5 clients in the waiting room when I arrived, it was awkward to have to stand there and not get acknowledged or helped as the 2 staff members were busy on the phone. I understand being busy but your waiting area is not welcoming. This was my first visit, it did not make a good first impression.

The Dr was very kind and understanding of my dogs anxiety about being there. I appreciate that very much.

great experience! We have come to you with various different animals over the years.

I waited over 45 minutes waiting for a vaccine appointment. 45 minutes later still nothing. No apologies, no one came out to say anything to me. I finally went in and was told there was an emergency and I would be next. Countless people went in and came out while I waited in the car. A little customer service would have gone a LONG way, but instead I left, disappointed and hot from sitting in my car for so long. I have now found a new vet.

I am in the services business and understood immediately the stress of the day...No A/c and impatient clients with their animals. I arrived 30 minutes early and waited. Staff was worried and concerned and I was just happy to have an appointment. My parrot was seen, had emergency surgery to remove an egg. I learned so much in that hour. Very impressed with the staff. Only wish we lived closer so I could bring all my pets.

I love you guys! You are reasonably priced, concise, and provide good care…as a builder/designer I want to update you spaces- but it’s probably their spartaness that lets you keep prices fair… thank you for being good vets!

I’ve been going to Pinion over 20 years I have never had a problem with any event or personnel people do a good job
