The staff is wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and remember your name or pets name. Dr Neeman is super informative and makes sure all concerns are meant. I love knowing my pets are always going to be treated with care here.

I have been coming for years and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming! The only complaint I would have about my recent visit is I arrived before my appointment time and had to wait 10-15 minutes with my two nervous cats.

This was my first visit to this facility, and I was quite pleased. Dr. Carter is the BEST. EXECELLENT overall.

Kindness Animal is the best and has wonderful help along with Dr. Neeman.

Received an appointment reminder for a vaccination that I was confused about. Sent a question to the email link in the body of email. Reminder was received on Jan. 11. As of January 14 I have not received an answer.

Brought stool sample with blood to be tested. Found out at 4:30 sample never sent has to prepay and make appt. but no one told me. Girl called wrong # after giving correct number. Didn’t email until after 4:00. No urgency. Unhappy.
