I appreciate a vet that understands CATS. They as so very different than dogs but most vets don t seem to care like this vet does. I really can trust him to work with my cat.

Everything was great like it always has been with the front desk staff and the doctors. However,the young lady that was the (new?)tech is absolutely clueless gave the wrong medicine and assumed things and made Incorrect statements to us regarding our animals. When we ask her the simple question of how much our puppy weighed she went blank said she had a “brain fart” and couldn’t remember. She was nice but absolutely clueless. She needs more in-depth training. I never really leave reviews and especially negative ones. I am telling you this so she can get some more training not to be ugly. She is going to give somebody wrong information and it’s gonna hurt their animal.

The facility was very clean and convenient for multiple pets.

A fantastic experience for our pup and for us.

Because my boy Charley is reactive with other dogs and because we have been clients of Dr. B s for over 25 years, I have had some concern about establishing a new relationship with a vet after Dr.B s retirement. But both times Dr. Neeman has seen him (for vaccination updates and his yearly check up), he has been sensitive to his issues and visits have gone well. I was especially relieved when he checked the hallways for other pets before releasing Charley at the end of the appointment.I look forward to a caring and professional relationship in the future. The older female tech was abrupt and not friendly. She should speak instead of motioning what she wants.

Dr. Carter is wonderful! Truly knowledgeable and skilled, with great insight anbd suggestions and such a kind, warm manner. I know my new puppy is in great hands with Dr. Carter as his vet. As always, Kindness Animal Hospital is well run and well staffed. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly and caring. I’m so thankful to have such great veterinary care in my neighborhood.

I switched to Kindness from VCA as a recommendation from my mom (who has been a patient/client for a few years). I used to get so nervous to go to the vet as I would never get answers or true feedback on my dog! Everything either felt like I was being “sold” or with a cold tone. We have now been going to Kindness for about 6 months and the staff is incredibly prompt, friendly, and most importantly, caring! My dog used to have frequent seizures and thanks to the guidance and testing done by the professionals here, he has been seizure free for months!!! I would recommend this practice to any pet owner in the Richardson/Garland/Plano area!
