I have always felt that your staff and doctors care. Not only about the animals but about the people. Dr. Neeman showed appreciation for my flexibility in changing my appointment due to him needing to be out on the original scheduled appointment. I read their reviews before taking my cat, Chunk, to see them. They had outstanding ratings from a multitude of customers. I can see why. The staff was super friendly from the time I called them to set the appointment to my entry into their facility to seeing the vet in the private room. They were polite, caring, and professional. The doc flushed my cats abcess and gave her antibiotics. Her sore was healed in just a few days. Thanks doc and the entire team for making my experience super smooth and so pleasant. Also, please know their rates are very reasonable!

Having worked in a doctors office years ago, when there is a procedure performed they have only charged for the procedure and any meds and waiving the exam fee. Is that a consideration for vet visits? You guys are awesome so thank you for helping me with my animal herd :)

Thank you for helping to squeeze me in on short notice. My Minpin Klaus was really in a bad way and his condition was made worse because he is 13 years old. Fortunately he was treated and is doing much better now.

I called in what I thought was an emergency. Taken within 10-15 of arrival. Staff very comforting; knew also immediately what the problem was and treated the dry eyes of my aging dog. They were very tender to her even though she is a biter. Gave me ideas of what I might need to do in the future. I was treated kindly and I left feeling we were on the right track to taking care of my dog; for now.Excellent care and caring.

The most important thing is that my dogs are happy and I sometimes think they prefer it at Kindness than they do home. My husband and I love the people and facility and have used Kindness for 25 odd years and will continue to do so for as long as possible.
