love the fact that I was taking care of in a such a great time even though the clinic was busy.

All of you were so kind and gentle with Z who freaks out going to the vet. You calmed him gently and lovingly that made a lot of difference with other previous vet experiences. Z and I both thank you.

I was expecting call or email for surgical removal estimate procedure that has not been received. Don’t get so busy you forget your Kindness that you have always provided for me and my pups. It happens, I get it.

Staff and doctor were professional, yet friendly. I was particularly impressed when the doctor personally called me the next morning to clarify an issue that came up during our visit.

I was grateful to have Chili seen so quickly and he was treated well and with great gentleness and compassion. The only thing I d change is the TV showing some Las Vegas housewives getting an aquarium. I was worried about my cat and I found the show objectionable. I guess I should have asked to have it turned off.

Very fast, in and out for 2 dogs heart worm check and refills, wouldn t change a thing!
