Everyone is doing a great job considering all of the restrictions in place. Dr. Paige and the staff went through everything very carefully as If I were right in the front of them.

I was concerned about dropping off the dog instead of bringing her in and being with her. I had no need to be concerned. It went very smoothly and without issue. It shows the high level of trust we have in the clinic.

I am disappointed that we have not heard back for the clinic about our pet s test results. Not being able to attend inside the office during the appointment is understandable but there was a bit of craziness due to the number of pets scheduled at about the same time as our appointment. Just seemed a bit chaotic. Not the usual appointment.

First, thank you for being open during pandemic. Staff is always very helpful and delightful. And Buck likes the visit! I believe I asked to have Buck s ears cleaned (no professional grooming since mid-March). Upon looking at the receipt, his ears were not cleaned. I noticed later that day that Buck was shaking his head and looked in his ears to see they were very red. I have medicine from Oct. 2019 used to clean Buck s ears and will use and see if this helps. There is no odor from the ears but they are very red. I will follow-up if necessary. Thank you for asking for comments. Jean Ponfil

I wanted to know in the past I did not get charged an additional fee when a tech gave Chief his allergy shot and now I am getting charged at first they were going to charge me an office visit and now i got charged an additional $26.00. Confused as to why this fee is being assessed.

There was an office overhead charge.That s a first! The client shouldn t pay that. Overall excellent care, but too expensive. Everyone should be able to afford a pet, not just those with an expendable income.

I can never remember her name but the girl who saw Nova (Justman) the last time was so sweet and kind to her. She did an amazing job. You guys never disappoint!

Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new vet. Your charges are too high and much higher than other clinics in our area and I can get the products much cheaper through Chewy.com.

Too much pushing of vaccines and other care of which might in some cases have no need, the veterinary world should assess this no different then the CDC does of miss use of antimicrobial in any fashion as it is a waste of money and promotion of resistance

Absolutely adore Dr. Paige! I think she really takes the time to check our kitties and explain everything to us. You can tell she really cares about her job, the pets, and the families.
