I love the staff and the caring they show, but having an appt shouldn t mean waiting 15-20 minutes to see someone. So not happy about the time spent fiddling my thumbs in the lobby and again in the exam room, but the people are excellent.

The staff was over-the-top accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was our first time taking our newly adopted pet to the vet and they made us feel extremely welcomed. The one downside was the vast amount of information that we needed to go over with the vet. As new pet owners, I would have loved to have access to the information prior to arriving, so I could have fully been prepared with questions. That being said, the vet did go over everything as well as time permitted and everyone continued to indicate that we can always call with questions, but we did feel overwhelmed by the time we left.

We were told that Nan boss delt with pocket pets but when we brought our guniea pig in she said she doesn’t know much about guniea pigs Waste of time felt that she was making things up to make it seem like she knew what she was doing.She did not have our best interest in mind and did not listen to our conserns

I have always had nothing but good things to say about the people but this past weekend I was working with Kim and she was rather condescending towards me. She said that the reason my barely five month old puppy was bitey wasn’t because he was teething but rather because “I wasn’t training him properly”. She also told me that because I’d play tug of war with him that I was training him to be “an aggressive dog”. These toys wouldn’t come with handles if they weren’t meant to be held by humans. She made it a point to tell me that her dogs were well trained and that maybe I could use some more training. I will refuse any service if it is provided by Kim in the future.

I so appreciated that not only were you willing to let me bring Otis in at a moments notice, but also that you allowed him to stay with you for the afternoon to let him calm down and let his sedative take affect. All my dogs, past and present, always receive the best care, and of course, so do I :)

This was the first time meeting dr page she was fantastic! Took her time thoroughly looking over our boxer Dee Dee which is not an easy task! She was kind and caring...very informative and recommended the next best treatment for our dog. We have always been impressed by your facility and all of the staff....other than missing Tory all was great! Monica Wind
