All the Doctors and staff are friendly and helpful. We appreciate the good care our dogs receive from everyone at Best Friends!

Thank you for how wonderfully you’ve adapted to the pandemic. You’re doing a great job of taking care of beloved pets while letting your clients stay safely in their cars. It’s appreciated.

I didn’t feel like the provider allowed me to have much input. It felt more like she told me what to do and wasn’t up to listen to my point of view. I don’t want to feed my dog food with fillers, meal, and byproduct. I don’t think my point of view was listened to, which makes me hesitant to ask more questions and trust the care. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but I am looking for a different provider who is more open minded.

I was never emailed my receipt as was advised.

Great knowledgeable staff especially Dr Paige

I was very happy with the staff and communication. My only slight issue is how the outside looks - wild and uncared for. Unfortunately people do judge a book by its cover and first impression from the outside is not great.

I did not get the heart worm and tick/flea oral meds.

Best Friends has been the best experience of a trip to the vet ever. The staff was very caring and passionate about the work that they do, helping recommend diets to preventative care. In the past, my dog was petrified of other vets. This time around, he had a much better experience and Best Friends has earned both my dogs’ and my trust! Thank you for all you do!

You guys are great! Dr. Paige is wonderful

The staff here is always friendly and caring. They have come to the rescue for us multiple times now when our dog was sick or hurt. After the first time we switched our vet and came to them for regular appointments as well. We even drove an hour and a half to see them when no one in our new city would take our dog for 4 days. This vet clinic is amazing and the staff takes care of the animals like their own. Thank you Best Friends for taking such good care of our fur baby!

Dr Paige is the best

The vet technician (Allie) was extremely helpful, informative and kind to Bentley. And without being able to be with Bentley during his exam, I was especially appreciative of Dr. Boss phone call during which she spent a nice amount of time to explain how he is doing. Overall it was a great visit!

Dr. Paige is the best. She always talks us through everything. We really appreciate how great Dr. Paige is!

The process you have in place during this strange time is a good one. We waited in the car until Ranger s exam was completed. The native plant garden was lovely to took at.
