As always a please meeting with Dr. Boss. We are always on the same page for treatment for my pet. She has always been very reasonable and never pushed extra charges on me that are not necessary. I was very happy you were able to squeeze my kitty in as I was unable to travel to take her to my usual vet. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful, explained everything clearly and I felt included in decisions that were being made for my cat’s care. I also really appreciated the follow-up call to see how she was doing!

I didn’t have to wait very long this time. But in my past appointments, every time, I have waited for over 20 minutes to be taken back into a room and then waited another 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come in. If my appointment is at a certain time I expect to be seen at that time and not have to sit and wait that long. I understand that sometimes you will have to wait but the wait time has always been very excessive.
