The staff and doctors are great. My pets have been coming to Best Friends vet center for years. I will continue doing so even if charges are quite higher than other Ozaukee county vets. I have friends who use other vets and they are shocked at the cost difference.

But it should be noted I had to wait because of an emergency which was explained to me as the reason for the delay.

My dog normally hates the vet, but she was calm and well behaved because of the compassion everyone at Best Friend’ Veterinary shows when dealing with animals.

Dr. Paige spent a long time with us and answered all our questions. She gave us dealed descriptions of what we needed to do for Banjo

I love that the staff is right on dogs level. My daughter brought her dog with and her dog stresses at bets but loved being with Maverick on his visit.

Dr. Boss and her team are so willing to help whenever last minute emergencies arrive with our fleet of fur babies. I trust their professional opinions, appreciate their dedication to our family and so happy with their focus on personalized customer service. We love the clinic and the staff! Very friendly, informative and you can tell they all love animals. The only thing I would add is we always feel like we re being upsold in every appointment. Many of us live on a budget. BFVC is more expensive than what we had paid at other vets, but we believe it s worth it. We appreciate the different options available to us when treating out pets, however we can t afford some of them. It would be great to always start with keeping it simple (less expensive), then go from there if it s needed.

I have taken my dogs here for many years but I believe it is time to part ways. The constant pressure of Rx diets, shampoo, and extra tests are wearing away at me. I no longer have faith that my pets best interest is at hand. I believe that BF Vet has money as a top priority.
