We have great confidence in Dr. Horsch. She was so wonderful to Izzy and now our new fur babies. We love having her as our vet.

Amazing Vet Office. Our little Kiah (8 weeks) was well taken care of and our Dr H went above and beyond to make sure he was healthy. I’m so happy to have found such a caring clinic for our first puppy ever.

The only thing I would mention is the pre-visit survey. I wish they would tell you how much time it will take to complete. You get involved in the survey and it s taking more time than you expected. You don t want to stop (because of another commitment) because you ll lose what you ve done. If you knew how much time it would take, you could start the survey when you have the time.

Your staff is excellent and love to bring Lumen, because she loves your facility and staff. The time period was super fast and covered several procedures. Thank you for having us as your client. Terry, Shirley and Lumen

We truly appreciate that they go above and beyond. They scheduled a house call for our senior lab.

I liked ?many things about the clinic, my dog did seem more relaxed being there. Even as I was able to decline many services, the cost may be prohibitive in the future. Every thing was itemized down to 6 dollars for a rabies tag. Really

Thanks to the staff for dealing so kindly with my anxious dog. One staff member even picked him up and weighed him in her arms when he refused to get on the scale! I really appreciated everyone s kindness, and the medications to help him stay calm next time.

Wonderful place and people..Tory was Super she was able to calm down our very excited Boxer who was having her first therapy session after ACL surgery.. everyone helped us get her in a room right away so she didn t get too excited seeing other dogs!

Dr. Paige listens to my concerns and takes time to thoroughly evaluate my pet. All 3 of the Drs. at Best Friends are knowledge and have helped us with our cats & dog who have struggled through some tough illnesses.

The entire team from the techs who came out to my car with me and Meghan and Dr Horach were absolutely wonderful. Can’t thank you enough. You guys even answered my frantic call 2 days before our appt because he was getting sick because of something he ate outside. So different than any animal care clinic I have been too. Thanks so much!
