I misunderstood the invoice when it charged for staff overhead when office visit (OV) was also showing on the bill, so I initially reacted to feeling overbilled. However, my fees were appropriate for my services. I suggested changing terms for doctor visits and apologized.

Best Friends is the most thorough vet I have ever been to. The follow up after the fact and all of the information provided in the binder goes a long way and is helpful. I always feel that the staff genuinely cares for your pet and goes over the top to make our pets feel comfortable. The only suggestion was the bench in the treatment room was a little sticky but if that’s my only negative I am a happy customer. Worth paying the extra money to go to such a nice vet, thanks for all you do!

The doctors and staff have been caring and true partners from the first time we brought Carmen to Best Friends as a kitten to, sadly, her final visit. We always felt like you loved Carmen as much as we did, and that is a very special way to make people and pets feel. Thank you so much.

The vet techs and staff are so nice and Dr Boss is wonderful with my pets. I feel my cat and bird are getting the very best care.

I was nervous when I brought Coco in but after checking her in with Kris( I believe that was her name) for her overnight stay I felt better. Again I am not sure of the woman’s name but she checked Coco in and she was fantastic.

The pricing is very high for an office visit and the additional overhead costs are high. This vet costs twice as much as our prior vet.

Dr. Paige spent more time with our dog than any other vet we ve seen in how fully and carefully she examined him. Having just moved to the area we look forward to returning for future visits.

Great visit. Both Dr Paige and Emily were so great with Anna from constant treats and numbing cream before the blood draw and vaccine to a thorough exam and just getting comfy with Anna. The staff was wonderful!

I emailed for an appointment request and they called me back within 10 minutes. Got me an appointment for the following day so my kitty could get fast treatment. Would absolutely visit them again.

This was my first visit with our new dog, a 2 year-old rescue. I haven’t had a dog in awhile so I lots of questions. Dr. Ripperger was wonderful! She answered everything completely and practically.
