I really liked Dr. Ripperger - she sat on the floor with me and my cat! It s been only 3 days and Little one is doing so much better!

The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. Dr. Wilder is knowledgeable, cares about my dogs health and always answers all my questions.

New food recommendations were very helpful and my dog seems happier than ever with his new food -thank you!

I have always been impressed by the caring and efficient staff and Dr. Boss is the best.

I have many pets and have been a client of this practice for about 8 years. I have been very impressed with their expertise with both my well pets as well as the few times that I have needed care for a critically ill pet. I enjoy their front desk staff and feel that I always get a familiar voice when I call the clinic.

While the process was very streamlined, I do not like not being present for the exam. I don’t just hand my baby to the pediatrician and wait in the car. I understand there is a pandemic. But with vaccines, certainly there can be more options than this.

I’m one of your biggest fans. Everyone there is great and my dogs have gotten great care. My only complaint (and it’s small) is that checking in and out seems to always take a long time.

I think all of us pet owners want the parking lot visits to end.we want to go in with our pets , not hand them over, and not sit on a phone in the parking lot. Not a single perso i talk to is happy about it, alot put off visits, especially with nervous pets. You guys do a great job in spite of all this stuff going on. We all understand it but it needs to end at some point. Hopefully soon! Thankyou for all your hard work and efforts !
