Best Friends has been the best vet that we ve been to for our pets. They listen and care and are able to do a lot of services that traditional vets don t often do! It is 100% worth the longer journey to come in for appointments.

We were not allowed to accompany our pet into the clinic, and are unhappy with this practice. We much prefer getting information about our dog s visit directly from the vet, so that we could interact and and get answers to our questions. Getting the information via text is not comparable. Both my husband and myself have had both Pfiser Covid vaccinations, plus our boosters. We would have been very happy to wear masks and remain socially distanced. But because we did not even step into your clinic...I cannot fill out this survey.

Dr Paige is very intelligent skilled and trustworthy, as she listens and understands all my concerns.

I love the kindness shown towards my fur children. I really appreciate the explanations of what s going on with them and how to better care for them. It s a great staff.

Vet was amazing but prices were outrageous. A $70 exam fee plus $35 “staff and overhead” is way too much. Wasn’t expecting to walk out with a near $500 bill. I also got an estimate in the car of $100 less than what the office woman told me, wasn’t happy about that either. I’d 100% come back to see the vet but I have to reassess giving how expensive everything was...

I was extremely happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The Vet was very knowledgeable, and compassionate.I would definitely recommend Best Friends to family and friends ??

Maybe you could call the day before the appt.,to review whatever concerns I have (items to discuss with the doctor),rather than calling the same day as the appt., when I might be busy getting ready.

It was a lovely first experience at the clinic

I can t say enough good things about your staff. Your calls to me during Jenna s procedure and follow up calls were so nice and gave me peace of mind that Jenna was in good hands. I would highly recommend your services to others. You truly care about the animals, and that means a lot!

This was our first visit with our new puppy. We were very impressed with the facility and especially the staff! They were all so helpful and kind. Indie didn’t even know she received her vaccine and loved all of the extra attention she got. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I would appreciate an after visit summary. Did not receive a phone call updating status of pet following surgical procedure. Went to pick up pet and did get an apology for no call, but it was a long time between an 8:30 am drop off time and a 5:30 pick up time with no update. Not sure why I had to drop off so early when surgery was not until late afternoon. I wondered about whether the meds given before drop off were effective with so much time in between.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr Paige is always patient takes her time with us. Olivia made sure my granddaughter was happy!

Great service. Very patient and handles my anxiety ridden dog very well. I love this vet!

The team is great! I am highly allergic to cats. Not sure if we can ask for a non-cat room. I did okay so that was good but just double checking for the future.

I’m new to your office and I’ve been blown away by the level of service provided! From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the actual appointment, I know our furry family member is in great hands!

I m not comfortable not being able to go in with my dog. It s like taking your child to the doctor and them telling you can t be in the room with them. I hope this changes soon.

It would be beneficial to your customers if your staff is aligned on timing communicated. I noticed two areas with inconsistencies related to neuter surgery. One communication said my dog could not have food after 10 pm the night before surgery. Another communication said it was midnight. Which is it? My dog tends to eat late at night. A bigger timing issue is the amount of time I was told my dog needs to be kept quiet after surgery. When I scheduled the surgery, I was told a week. After surgery, I was told 10 - 14 days. Months ago, I made plans to go out of town and leave him with a dog sitter which happens to be 11 days after surgery. If I had known the recovery needed to be up to 14 days, I never would have scheduled the surgery when I did. Now, I might have to miss part of my only away trip for the year.

Love Dr. Boss! Would recommend her to others. I don’t ever leave an appointment with her feeling like something was missed. Always answers all my questions.

I think my dog, Mazzie, will be in very good hands. I enjoyed meeting all of you and learned a lot even though I am a previous dog owner.
