Still getting used to the new vets. It hard when I don t see them in person. Maybe soon?

With the pandemic and physical distancing I really don t have any interaction with the Dr. but the staff I do interact with are very friendly and efficient. There are only two questions that apply at this time.

Dr. very helpful and knowledgable. My only thing is it would be nice to go in with our babies!! I understand why we can t but hard to sit outside when you have an issue with your baby.

Dr Anthony Haban has always been extremely attentive to our pet s medical needs/conditions. He has shown expertise in diagnosis and treatment. We trust him completely!

The survey did not allow me to click on the appropriate star:( However, this was our first visit with Dr. Harriott after being with Dr. Stohlmeyer since she opened her clinic. Dr/ Harriott was great, and I feel very comfortable with her and know that she truly cares about keeping Bella healthy!

Hi! For some reason I can t set a star value, but I would give you five stars in all categories. Because of cover I did not get to see your facility, but I thought the outside was very clean and presentable. I am very pleased with how my dog and I were treated as first time clients. My dog was far less stressed than she sometimes gets when being inside a vet clinic. I thank you for that, as she is very precious member of our family. Human healthcare in Ames (McFarland Clinic) allows one individual to accompany a patient to an office visit/procedure.It is time that you open your practice to one masked human/pet owner per pet and either allow them in the exam room with their pet or at least meet the vet in person after the exam/procedure. I cannot star rate your facility until I am allowed in your doors with my dog.Thank you!

Felt strange not being with my pet during the exam especially since it was our pet’s first visit to the clinic. No explanation was given for staying outside though I understand it is CoVid related. More info could have been offered.

Everyone was very friendly and kind, and running right on time! Didn t see the inside of the facilities but the outside was neat and tidy.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Dr. Caitlin Herriott and her assistant were amazing. Honestly speaking for anyone on the fence about which vet to choose please know that I was the same exact way. I kept having up and down answers from previous vet and I just felt like I had to keep making appointments to keep them in business. It became less about my pup and more about how they would be able to make more money. But making the switch to Ames Pet Hospital was one of the best decisions I made. I was very vary and scared and very skeptical about this place as well. But my God. I truly from the bottom of my heart appreciate everything that Dr. Herriott and her team did for my pup. I went through hell and back with infections caused by my pups seasonal allergies months before that. I didn t want to go through that again. Dr. Herriott answered all my questions throughly and explained things very well. She was very understanding, knowledgeable and overall AWESOME! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!
