Dr. Elliot is phenomenal. She completely tailored all the treatments and future choices to the age of my dog. It was comforting, assuring, and realistic. I wouldn t trust any other hospital with her care.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Stohlmeyer and the staff relative to my last visit. They were very helpful and obviously shared my concern for my dog who was suddenly stricken with a serious illness. Dr. Stohlmeyer did a thorough exam and spent extensive time treating the situation and answering my questions. I have trusted her with my dogs health care for well over twenty years.

The vet, Grace, was more then friendly and was willing to listen to all of my concerns and comments. She made me feel more then comfortable when she talked to my dog to try to calm her, also. I felt very comfortable with her professional opinion and help. Overall was very satisfied with the visit!.

Veterinarian and front office staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Minimal wait time- was in and out the door in less than 20 min for my cat s wellness check and vaccinations.

All staff are fantastic to work with, whether I am bringing my dog in for a routine check-up or because of an ailment. The only aspect that I am having trouble adjusting to and truly don t really like is the change in service to desires of millenials . If I make an appointment then I take the professional courtesy to put it on my calendar so don t need (nor desire) a reminder. The same is true of any criticism. I will take the time to let you know if I don t like something and don t need an anonymous survey to provide feedback that will lead to better service either for myself or others. That being said, I do appreciate the passion that you put into providing this service and my dog loves coming in for check-ups.

I m not sure if this was marked corruptly, it s a bit confusing as to whether the dark gray is how to mark or the gold stars that are initially present. I m assuming gold stars. Everything about my experience 1-5 was excellent. I was very impressed with my first visit to Ames Pet Hospital and will continue coming here with my dogs. I am bringing my dog for a recheck in a few days. I was particularly impressed that you would work my dog in for his eye ulcer when you had never seen him before. Thank you so much! Marcia Reesink
