I was a little disappointed when I called on Monday, July 3rd at approx noon because Wilbur had diarrhea with blood. I was told he could not be sequenced in, too seek emergency care. When I called back on Wednesday, July 5th at 720am, the representative was nice enough to advise me to just drop Wilbur off between 7am and 9am, and one of the Doctors will see him.

The front secretaries were extremely friendly. The vet tech appeared to be overwhelmed and not very patient with the dogs. I’m a little disappointed and to his credit there was a lot going on, but in the work place you need to hold yourself in a better manner.

Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to the Dr. are absolutely wonderful. I never feel rushed, & they answer all my questions. I trust them 100% with my furry human! (Aka my puppy)

Dr.Coiner answered a lot of my questions and gave me peace of mind regarding my little Milo. They keep up with what is needed for my little guy and treats him as if he was their own. I feel very confident that he is getting the best of care.

The staff is wonderful at Stones River Veterinary Hospital. They scheduled an appointment quickly and there was very little wait. The vet made a diagnosis quickly, and prescribed the appropriate medicine. Our dog was so much better within a day. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful vet so close to our home. We highly recommend them.

The receptionists, techs and vet were so kind and loved on my dog. He doesn’t love the vet but they tried to help him warm up and he wagged his tail at the end for a short second. They were great communicators and helped me get the best deals on his treatments. I love this vet clinic and will recommend! Thanks for your help with Aussie!

Best veterinarian I ve ever seen. Informative, caring and so kind.

I felt like I was taken advantage of for being a caring person. I brought in a cat that showed up at my house and all I wanted wsd to be sure the cat was safe to be around my cats and I was charged $288. Just ridiculous for topical prevention and two quick tests. I didn t realize until I was home, but for that price, they didn t even clip the cats nails. My regular vet, who couldn t see the cat until Monday which is why we ended up at Stones River, would have charged me $150 and they clip the nails too. I definitely wishes I would have waited to be seen by my regular vet.

My dog and I both love everyone at Stones River…they’re great!
