I feel absolutely confident when I bring Louie to your office he is completely loved. I can’t say I worry about anything. I am so thankful you opened your location less then five minutes from our home. It is Louie’s home away from home. The doctors along with the entire staff is amazing.

We are so happy to have found a great vet hospital that s conveniently located for us. Moving to a new area can be stressful and you all made our move to Murfreesboro so much easier knowing our babies will be well taken care of.

Best veterinary practice! They are so thorough and address all concerns no matter how long it takes. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my fur babies being seen anywhere else!!!

I’m an overall all pleased with the service and facility, my biggest disappointment was the cost of the medications prescribed. After researching, the amount was double of what it would have cost me elsewhere.

My suggestion - I had an emergency visit but I still had to wait more than 2 hours to see a vet. I suggest that you have a vet on standby to handle emergencies during the lunch hour. You could rotate the assignment. Two hours could make the difference between life and death.

Staff was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the time they took to examine my pet, and express their concerns. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The Halloween decorations are excellent! You should have a picture day for pets!

I thought the entire visit was wonderful. I called for a first time appointment at 7:30 and was seen at 8:30. The front desk staff was great, the techs were knowledgeable and friendly, and the vet was amazing. Prices were explained and given ahead of time. We were very happy.

I absolutely love Dr. Tepp and Kathleen. They took excellent care of my baby. Both were very attentive to his needs.
