Not only do I like the Veterinarians at this facility but I switched to this hospital because I do not have to wait in the lobby when my dogs have appointments. Probably the longest I have waiting is 4 minutes. This office is ran very efficiently. I also like that you can be checked out from your individual rooms.

Excellent care for my dog as usual and the staff was very professional and friendly and I was even able to get some advice about an injured stray cat in my neighborhood without feeling rushed. Thank you!

I could not say enough great things about this vet!! Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Jensen listened to my concerns regarding my dog (Molly), did not rush me through the visit, and also included my two young boys in the appointment.

Both Jodi and Dr. Tepp spent a great deal of time getting to know me and my dog Duke, new patients at your practice. Dr. Tepp even spent several minutes talking about treatment for one of my other dogs. I m new to the area and really appreciated their expertise on preferred treatment for local pests. I never felt rushed, even with the great deal of time everyone spent with me. Its hard to choose a new vet when you re new in town, but I definitely got it right on the first try this time!

Stones River was outstanding! They were very active in responding to any messages or questions and they were able to get our dog in the next day! The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I trust Stones River with my dog and don’t plan on taking my dog anywhere else!

Y’all are the best. I can’t say how much I appreciate the time and care y’all took with Pixie and me. I don’t do math well enough to add up what all I was told while we talked. Maybe a heads up on how much individual items like mite shampoo and ear drops add up to. It was at checkout that I realized the total cost was over $400. But, y’all are the best Vet office I have been to in a long time and I am just happy to have found you.

This is the finest practice available. Such a caring staff. You feel very comfortable and know you will be getting the best care for you and you pet!

The female assistant is too nosy and pushy. Asked the same question 3 times, trying to get me to have more procedures or appt. For my dogs. Even though I told her what I wanted 3 times.
