Will not be back. While waiting for results, I was going to leave and come back. They sent someone out to see If I I was leaving without paying. I have spent over a thousand dollars there, they know who I am and where I live, but insinuated I was not going pay my bill!! They had to know I was coming back for the results and would pay then!

You all have been amazing in my dog s recovery. My baby Cortana was viciously attacted and had some severe bites that have taken weeks to heal. You have been committed to her full recovery and have helped me to treat her at home! I can tell that you all really care about her and making sure she makes a full recovery. This has been a hard situation to go through with her but you all made it much easier and and seeing how you all care for her and how she loves to see you all has helped us to Cortana almost completely healed! I wouldn t take her anywhere else for care !!! You guys, the entire staff, are all awesome. Thank you!

Despite the initial appearance of caring about my dog who was severely dehydrated and had gi bleeding & liver insult... due to the unbending policy that all payments were to be paid in full I had to take my dog (after being there several hours) who was very weak and barely able to stand long and go find a vet that would allow me to pay half of potential cost this Friday and the rest next Friday. I had been quoted $350 for the morning of tests and approx $1000-1200 for the hospitalization. I explained that I needed to pay half now and half next week. Unbending policy dictated stones river would not be able to accommodate me and my pup. I have spent several thousand dollars at stones river over the years. What a shame. It is a very uncaring corporate feeling there. I understand the reasoning yet being an ICU nurse myself find it a real shame. Consequently, I found a caring vet that was willing to work with me and in fact for the same treatment charged me less and were very good at working with me to give me supplies so that I could administer fluids and meds myself at home overnight to cut the cost some & give me the ability to watch him constantly overnight. The vet is further from my house but I feel that we are in great hands now and I m more than happy to drive past Stones River to go where we feel cared for... and I was more than happy to pay the other vet in full today.

Your reception area and staff are superior. Very informative and helpful. The staff bathing Jax seemed kind and informed me of his mental state and condition when his bath was completed. This was the first time anyone has bathed him other than a lady who groomed him since he was eight weeks old. Thank you all

I have taken my cat to other Veterinarians in the past, but they rushed through the exams. That made him nervous and defensive, and therefore made the staff treat him worse. Stones River has been amazing with him. They take their time, and he is more at ease during the appointments. I can’t believe he barely hissed, and I don’t believe he stuck out one claw. We have found his forever Vet.

I absolutely love the veterinarians and staff at Stones River Animal Clinic. Everyone is always so friendly and I can tell they genuinely care about my fur babies. They go over costs and have never recommended anything that isn t necessary. My dogs love coming to visit which I ve never experienced at any other vet s office. I have nothing but good things to say about this vet and would highly recommend them to anyone!
