The staff is always so nice and my dog loves going here, which makes it easier on me!

Jodi was fabulous! This was the first time I met her. She was very sweet and went over everything throughly from the time I dropped Boston off and when I picked him up. Everyone that I have seen at your facility are very friendly.

Everyone did a superb job. My cat required extensive medical care and the staff - all of them - were just great. I received a phone call before medical procedures - sedation- were taken. Medicine intake was explained for home use. Well done.

I was very happy with the way that my dog and cat we re treated. The staff was so friendly. I had recently been to another veterinarian that treated my dog very harshly and cruel and I was glad to see the kind of treatment she got at Stones River Vet. I will definitely make Stones River my permanent veterinarian.

My appointment was at 2:00. I waited quite a while for a technician to come out and get Hannah. She took another dog that had come in later than I did, first. I had assumed I would be seeing the Vet, so I didn t say anything. She took Hannah with no explanation of what she was doing so I followed her and finally asked if I was to come along. She said no, to take a seat. She brought Hannah back and said she was a good girl and left. I kept sitting there thinking I was still going to see the Vet. About 15 minutes later, the receptionist asked me if I was done. I said I don t know, I thought she had to see the Vet. It was then explained to me that the tech gave her her shots and I wouldn t being seeing a Vet. Very confusing. Everyone was nice but communication could have been a lot better.

I have noticed a huge difference in the care that Sophie, in particular, has received since switching from Brogli Lane and Weaver Vet. I am so extremely happy that I decided to use your services. And quite frankly I wish I would have changed our veterinarian sooner. Dr. Tepp is very caring and is easy to talk to. She listens to my concerns and works with me to make sure Sophie’s care is what it needs to be. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know. The office is always clean and actually smells good when you walk in and there isn’t hair everywhere, like I ve experienced at my previous vet. I ve never seen Sophie act like she actually feels so good now that we have adjusted her food and started on insulin. Despite the fact that I asked multiple times over the first 7 years of her life is she could be diabetic, the previous vet never even tested her after I suggested it which really irritated me. You guys figured it out and immediately began treatment and now she is the healthiest & happiest and most active I have ever seen her. Unfortunately it took me 8 years to find you guys. But I m so happy I did. And so is Sophie. I trust Dr.Tepp with my fur babies...and I will never ever take them to anyone else. So thank you for all of your time teaching me how to do glucose tests and her Insulin shots until I got it right. The only thing I have to complain about is the insulin price is $20 for shipping thru your vet pharmacy (which means it is $10 cheaper to drive 2 miles to pick it up at your office) and they glucose test strips are more than twice as expensive as they are on amazon, which I think is quite exhorbitant. Other than the costs, I have nothing but praise for the staff and the service. Lastly, I have to mention the vet techs. They are so sweet and knowledgeable and they do a wonderful job cleaning up my dogs after their glands are expressed. When my other vet did it, they just wiped her with a wet paper towel and handed her stinky butt back to me to take her home & immediately bathe her, which was just inconvenient. I ve never had that experience with you guys. So THANK YOU for the care, great service, clean office & love you show my fur babies.

While I have seen several vets in Murfreesboro, the staff at Stones River were by far the kindest and most thorough I have ever seen!

Our last visit was a drop in nail trim and anal gland expression. Everyone is always smiling and helpful and there was minimal waiting.
