We absolutely love this facility and even though we are moving 4 hours away we will still do our routine care through St. James.

I think it would be great if somehow you could have Saturday hours maybe just until noon. I unfortunately had to take off a day of work and find someone to cover for me but know matter what I wouldn t go anywhere else I love how you all take your time and actually care about our pets.

Our provider went above and beyond during this appointment with my son s bearded dragon. I highly recommend this location to anyone withe a family pet. Great staff. Fair prices. Clean office.

The staff was so friendly even my little Chase thought so. He usually don’t let people he hasn’t seen hold him. With them he went right with them and let them do what ever was needed for his care.

Always experience a first class team when I take my dog.

Only thing is, an expensive test was done before an entire blood work was done. The expensive test was negative and it looks as though a full blood work up would have done the job.

your website was too hard to use to make an apt. need to ans the phone better and was told to make apt 2 weeks ahead of time as you are so busy. I have to have help to bring the animals in and do not know when I will have help, so was 6 months late getting them to the vet. this year.

The technician, Mike was very gentle with my dog. Dr. Melton was also very good with Zoe and very helpful about her health problem.

Megan did a great job of calming the pups while they got their nails trimmed, and balancing all of the customers coming in and out with a lot of pups.
