My previous vets (before we moved here) had Saturday morning office hours. It was nice to be able to call in case of pets getting sick on Friday nights. Thanks.

I appreciate very much having a quality pet care facility that is nearby. Not only have I found your staff to be thorough and caring but also very pet friendly, it shows in everything they do. Additionally I appreciate receiving not only appointment reminders but also the monthly heartworm medication reminder, that’s a very nice service that’s provided free if charge, most excellent! We had a semi-emergency and were able to drop off our fur baby to be worked in. I got a call right after they were able to take a look at her and she had surgery the next morning. Thanks to all for taking care of our family. She’s doing well and we are grateful for you getting to her so quickly.

I have been very pleased with the staff & services each time I have been to STJVMC. Tuesday s visit was good. Terri was thoughtful, kind & friendly, she handled Rusti as if she belonged to her. Dr. Chitwood was very good with Rusti. He was sure to give me information I needed and was easy to talk with. I ve been to veterinarians that were cruel to my pet and condescending to me. The staff at STJVMC is great. Thank you!

The doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful. The doctors give people the various choices to care for a pet’s needs and support your decisions. This is why I continue to drive from Rolla to this facility. You all rock!!!

I made the appointment on Friday for an injury but wasn t able to get an appointment for her until Thursday of the next week. It would be nice to be able to be seen for injuries or illness in a 1-2 days. But otherwise the office is wonderful and our dog loves going to the vet.

Live in Salem, 30 miles away from your office. Have tried the Vets here in Salem, but wasn t satisfied with them, that is why I drive to St. James for my animal needs. Wouldn t go any where else.

The staff at St. James Veterinary Medical Center are the best. I am grateful to be able to take my dogs there. Thank you for all you do.

Would be nice if you all did Saturday appointments once or twice a month. Great vet clinic!

Romeo, our Siamese kitten, was neutered and (laser) declawed. He appeared relatively frisky when I picked him up the afternoon of the following day after the procedures. He came home and seems to be just fine. Thank you for the care am d attention you showed him as well as us.

I don t think I have ever met more patient and friendly staff. They know me, they know all my dogs names. And Doc Chitwood is above and beyond excellent with my furry kids.

I am very satisfied with my new choice of Vet for my furry babies.

I had to wait a little over a week to get in with my cat. Ended up not being a big deal because the abscess she had cleared up on its own. That s why I knocked one star off. Saturday hours would be nice, but I know from experience that Dr. Chitwood is really good to come in at all hours to deal with emergencies - which he did for us when our cat Lizzy passed away back in December. Always satisfied with the care our pets have received and very grateful to have a great vet clinic here in St. James.

You guys are great! We trust you always and Jaxson loves you all.... Thank you for always being there for us! We appreciate you guys and so does Jaxson... :)
